You need to tie the knot manually, but the air pump has a knotter on it. After tying, you can tie the knot directly on it, which is very convenient and time-saving

It blows up very quickly so you would have to be careful with those long slender balloons.

Does this make the balloons float in air?

Yeah the pictures are deceptive as is theor video. Those balloons all have helium. This machine on does air.
