Here is the fix! - I can't say enough good things about Terminator-HSD. A couple of years ago I had a 2003 BMW X5 that needed an oil change. For those of you who are familiar with this vehicle, it requires 8 quarts of fully synthetic oil. It took about 45 minutes to do the job in my driveway. He pointed to the driveway and the street and said I think your car has a problem. I sure did. Upon closer inspection I determined that hand tightening the oil filter wasn't enough. All the 8 quarts of oil had leaked out! I did my best to mop up what I could with towels and anything else I could find. All down my driveway and into the street was this huge oil stain. I tried about every product I could find over the next couple of days to clean it up to no avail. I almost gave up until I found a video on YouTube showing Terminator-HSD in action. Review: Wow, 100% satisfaction... - First I was sceptical but HOA does not allow oil stains in driveway so I was trying everything. Keep in mind my oil stain was about 2 years old. I have tried cleaning the stain with degreaser, soap and brake cleaner before I tried this method so the only oil on the driveway was embedded stain (maybe for better success scrub off thick oil layers before applying). Also not sure if this mattered but I only use full synthetic oil so I'm not sure how this works with other oil leaks. I had 2 stains on my driveway and both are almost completely gone. I did this in 1 treatment using the entire 2oz bottle. I just sprinkled it on and brushes it arround. Sprayed water using the mist function to dampen. Left on for 1 day and brushed up the remaining powder. After this it left a big white spot on both spots of driveway where I treated. I took some eco friendly car wash and used it to wash the stained areas, with my push broom. This removed the last of the treatment residue and left the stain almost invisible. I am blown away how well this worked and I am 100% happy with the results. But, it requires that you follow the instructions to the letter, including misting water on the powder everyday for at least 30 days. If it rains and gets washed away ya gotta start over. We own rental properties and this is the only product I've found that gets the oil out deep down in the concrete. I've tried soaps that are supposed to clean driveways, I even tried gasoline once, but all of them leave a visible oil stain.
