Big LacesRound Waxed Shoelaces - 5mm Wide - 75cm to 180cm

I have purchased these waxed laces before and have found them fine. They last better than other laces I have bought and I find they do not come loose once tied. The laces are for my work shoes, so are used every day. As my shoes have waxy finish, I apply some of the balsam to the laces as well, which seems to help maintain the waxy coating on the laces and perhaps durability. I always have a spare pair with me at work, just in case the unexpected happens!

These black laces quickly began to detriorate and after about 10 or 12 wearings had frayed badly and become unusable. Funny - the brown ones were excellent!

Lost their outer coating in 3 months, admittedly that's with a lot of use.Quality needs to improve.

These are well made, i use them in my caterpillar shoe/boots. These have made them look better and I'm impressed. I'm only concerned about the part of the lace that comes just out of the end hole the where you tie it up as that't that part that gets worn. My original laces were badly worn and in taters which made me require a replacement. These are quality so far.

I'm very disappointed with these. Had them for 2 weeks and the outer covering wore away at the top lace-hole.Considering the low cost it's not worth the hassle of refunds or replacements, but I would not recommend these at all.

These are nice, but they are not well waxed. They started to wear down after being fixed on my shoes for a few months.

Chunky, sturdy laces. Seem to be of very good quality and likely to last well.
