Great design
Excellent kitchen tap, seems to be solidly built, looks great (especially the brushed nickel version), and allows you to combine a normal pull out mixer with a separate tap for filtered water in a sleek and minimalist design. I hope it will last long.Still, there are 2 things they could improve: being able to place the hose back in it's cradle from the side (maybe magnetically?), and not from above, would feel more natural, and having a button to change the spray pattern instead of rotating the sprayer would be much faster. Anyway, small niggles, on the whole I'm quite happy with this tap.

Amazing
I don't normally write a product reviews but for this product I will make an exception. This tap is amazing. Very well made and worth the price. The installation was easy. Works smoothly and the hose is very flexible so you can rich every corner of the sink. We have a Brita under sink filter and it works with it perfectly. Arrived next day with prime delivery and was very well packed.

Good tap, great service
The media could not be loaded. Overall very happy with it. The equivalent tap from Franke would have cost about 8 or 9 times the price of this one. 😳There are two small-ish complaints though...1) It's quite tricky to change the spray nozzle setting by twisting the smooth end of the tap, particularly when wet(!). (When filming this video, that was the easiest it's ever been!) Have considered Dremelling/cutting/sanding the side of it to get more grip.2) It's quite stiff to move the whole head left and right. (But tap was installed by plumber, and there might be a nut that just needs a bit of loosening.)One nice quality of the tap is that it's easy to get a low or mid-flow rate. My previous tap would go from nothing to full blast, with nothing in between.Edit: The Apurthy customer services have been in touch and sent a replacement nozzle. It's no easier to twist the replacement than the one that came with the tap, but it was really good of them to contact me out of the blue and send a new nozzle. When I get the chance, i'm going to Dremel the side of it to give it more grip...

Unpleasant taste to water
I had this installed today. It looks great and feels good quality but that's where it ends as there's a big problem with it. The drinking water tastes horrible. I have an under sink filter, but even so the water from the drinking water tap has a horrible oily/rubbery taste and smell. The plumber suggested leaving the tap running to flush it, but even after running it for an hour it still tastes horrible. Should have read the other reviews as it seems somebody else has had this problem and found the tap to be full of oil.

Manufacturer Quality Assurance could improve, but they are responsive.
The inside of the Filtered water knob, came stuck inside the cap.....the screw to fasten the knob to the tap mechanism is inside as well. It took 3 attempts for them to send me the right handle, but we got there in the end. As per the Product, I have only one point to mention - if you have the hot water on for a small period of time and then fill a glass of water with filtered water - it will come out warm/hot. Somewhere in there the pipes are not properly insulated.

Love this!
This looks amazing in our new kitchen - our builder installed so as far as i know he has no problems. Love the flexibility of the hose - feels very good quality

Looks nice, but poor quality
Product easy to fit, looks good and feels solid. However, in less than 6 months the main touch points have tarnished. I've been very careful with cleaning and only used soap and water. Such a shame as it looked do good initially.
