S&B Layu, Chili Oil, 1.11 fl oz

This is by far the BEST chili oil I’ve ever tried. Just like others in the comments here I’ve tried so many. And to be honest, none of them were actually “hot”. They were more oil than hot if that makes sense. Immediately when I opened the bottle I got smelled the heat. But in a really good way! Even though the bottle is small, the oil is so much more potent than larger bottles from other brands. And the taste is soooo good! In fact, I just ordered a second bottle today and I am keeping that one in my purse! I personally have used it on my noodles with a dash of chili flakes (if you like the chili flake texture) but honestly this is just fine alone. If you’ve been looking for a favorite chili oil, I promise this one will be your go-to!

Ive used this oil for years. Its fantastic and doesnt take much to add a little kick to a bowl or dish. It really jazzes up a cup of ramen. Im looking forward to trying it on some fish tonight, which i havent done before. Depending on your tolerance for spicy foods, it only takes a few drop to turn up the heat and add a nice sesame flavor in the background. TYhe bottle is small when your adding such small quantities it lasts quite a while.

I love this stuff. There is a rectangular dome on the cap. You turn the bottle over and press the dome and the oil gets pushed out. It has a great fruity flavor and is not too hot for me. The bottle is small enough to fit easily in a pocket if you were going out and want to spice up a taco,

I've tried so many different brands of chili oil, and always crawl my way back to this. No other brand I've found has the delicious sesame flavor and heat level that this brand has. Great value for the money - this little bottle will last you a while, even if you use it every day. It's great to add into cooking, and easy to use with the little press button to release the oil. I always have some leakage when I first open the bottle, but usually once the flip top is screwed into place, this leaks far less than any other oil bottle. This is likely the only oil I'll buy for the rest of my life, now that I've convinced myself that others don't hold a candle.

I love this, it has good flavor and a great kick. The smell is amazing. Been bying it for years now.

Just the right amount of spicy for a chili oil. Goes well on Banh Mi and in Pho. I can imagine cooking eggs with it would be delicious as well. It is a pretty small bottle, but it’ll probably last quite a while anyways. New favorite chili oil.

Great product

This is some delicious chili oil. It looks, tastes, and smells exactly as expected. The heat is what you would expect from Asian chili oil (it’s not fire, but I only used a few drops). Even though it comes in a smaller bottle, it packs a mighty punch, so I think it will last a long time, so I think it is a great value. It also has a nice top that prevents spills by allowing you to press down for how much you want, which is a plus. Usually I make a mess with, but not this time! Lol I made dipping sauce for my gyoza using this oil, rice vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and some sesame seeds. Quick and yummy. I highly recommend.

I love this chili oil, it lifts the taste of any sauce or soup, salad or anything! All you need is a few drops! Small bottle but lasts long!

Muy buen sabor pero muy pequeño para el precio

Un gran producto para mejorar muchas comidas, tiene un picante medio y un buen sabor a aceite de chili, además el bote tiene un formato muy bueno que favorece bastante el uso y la dosificación

Avete presente l'odore della gomma bruciata? Ecco, questo olio ha esattamente quella puzza. È poco piccante per i miei gusti, sicuramente la cucina asiatica ha aromi a cui non siamo abituati e se ben dosato conferisce un sapore molto piacevole, ma l'odore iniziale è veramente pessimo, puzza di plastica
