Heavy duty, well-built casters were easy to install and work great!
Right out out of the box I was impressed by the weight and build quality of these casters. I wanted to install them on the two legs of my Weber BBQ (that weighs 160 lbs.) to make easier to move around. Yes, the instructions tell you to mount them 1.4" (one point 4 inches) from the ground. For me that translated to 1-13/32" so that's what I used. I mounted one to a scrap 2x4 to make sure it would give me 3/4" lift when mounted according to the instructions. I opted to use the mounting bracket that allows for quick removal of the casters when not in use. Although I will leave them on most of the time, I will likely take them off and keep them in the garage when it rains in the winter. Overall, I am very happy with these casters. I just flip them down and they lift the BBQ up high enough to make it a breeze to roll around the concrete patio.

Heavy Duty!
I recently installed the SPACECARE Workbench Casters Kit on my workbench, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their performance. These heavy-duty casters, with a 900-pound capacity, have made moving my workbench effortless. The quick-release feature is a standout, allowing me to engage or disengage the wheels swiftly, ensuring stability when needed and mobility when desired. Installation was straightforward, and the casters' robust construction promises durability. For anyone looking to add mobility to their heavy workstations, this kit is a game-changer.

Great product, bad screws
The media could not be loaded. They are very sturdy. I have a 600 pound workbench that I installed them on. They work well and pivot easily. Since this type of caster sticks out from the bench and can get in the way, the removable feature is awesome and is easy to use. My sole complaint is the screws. The wood screws do not work with the removal plate as the heads block the caster portion from sliding in and the alternate fasteners that fit this plate are only made for fastening to a flat plate of some type. Anyway I generally don't use the supplied screws as they are soft and strip easily. I use construction screws that don't strip.

They worked for me without any issues. They could work for you too..
The SPACECARE Workbench Caster Kit 600lLbs with 2 mounting options are a decent quality for a decent price for my use. Before you buy any product like this, take a few minutes to understand what you need and plan accordingly. How heavy is that workbench or device? With 4 wheels rated at 600Lbs, you done want a direct load over any one wheel to be more the 200 lbs. How often do you plan on moving your bench or device.? Do you really need removeable wheels? Plan on obtaining good bolts or screws that meet you needs, the hardware that is shipped with less expensive casters are likely pretty cheap. My requirements were being able to occasionally move two medium sized woodworking benches that are tied together back to back. The design of these removable casters was perfect for my need. I used my own mounting hardware. It took 30 minutes elapsed time to plan, mount, and check the casters. I had zero issues. I read through the remarks from others and agree that when you want to raise your bench or device, set the castor wheel toward the device so the load is on top of the wheel, not on the side. These casters work for my needs. They should hold up well since I will use them 3 or 4 times a year at most to move the benches on a concrete surface 20 or 30 feet.. My benches weigh approximately 300 pounds each, we are way under the rating for the casters. If your needs are like mine, you should have a good purchase experience. For mounting on wood have on hand a ruler, hammer, punch, drill, bits, screwdriver, 17MM nut driver or deep socket, and a pair of slip joint pliers to do the installation. Find the center of the holes and use the punch and hammer to set the spot before you drill the mounting holes I would recommend these for applications like mine. For larger, heavier needs, or for loads that need to move frequently, look for the heavier options.

Used these for my artist desk
I used these on a home made artist desk. I built a form and used a kitchen counter top to make an artist desk. It is long heavy and seriously takes some muscle to move. But it is so awesome for painting and my pencil artwork. I had to find something to move this desk around for cleaning underneath. I saw these on youtube, bought them and problem solved. These were tough to put on but they lift the desk for moving and drop it for stationary working. Pretty awesome.

Mediocre
Installed on my shop bench that weighs approximately 200 lbs. The wheel set is adequate, but I would not plan on moving the bench with these wheels installed very often. The steel lever works but is too narrow and flexes when trying to raise the bench. I think my bench is just too heavy for these wheels. Care must be taken to install the wheels/mount exactly 1.4 inches as they will not work if they are mounted higher. According to the enclosed directions the bench will be raised 3/4 inch. My raises about 3/8 inch. Since I don't plan on moving my bench but once or twice these will suffice. I would buy better quality wheels if I were moving my bench frequently.
