My hair never flew in the wind until I used this. Trust the process follow the box, I tried to blow dry the product into my hair without washing it out, and my hair felt sticky, so I washed and shampooed it and conditioned it and then blow dried it. My hair was dry and hard. I added a little bit of silk infusion and started to flat iron , and my hair is silky and soft and every step I take, I can feel my hair flying behind me my hair is only shoulder length. I needed to trim my ends in order to have the full experience.. I have a flat earned my hair in five years because it never turned out like this. It did burn a little did better on my scalp but I just sprayed it with my water bottle to soothe the pain and it worked. It does not stink if for the people who are saying that one of their bottles came opened already the silver part they’re looking for is literally attached to the cap I had the same issue and I already knew that was the problem just looking at the pictures. My hair feels light and amazing and I still have my Afro.

I have 4b/c hair. I was hesitant to purchase, but read the review from another 4 tenured lady here and saw a review on YouTube from another. I have also had salon keratin treatments in the past.People need to understand that this is NOT A STRAIGHTENER. It’s a smoothing treatment that helps with frizz and manageability. And to that point, I am VERY happy with my results. There is no horrible smell or fumes like the salon version. It didn’t burn at all and I found it easy to use overall. My kit had all the advertised pieces. The shower cap is a little small and the gloves aren’t the best, but fortunately, I had extras of those items on hand.I had great results immediately and my hair stayed straight for 2 weeks in Texas heat and humidity until I washed it. My hair reverted after the shampooing but was much easier to handle and manipulate than before the treatment. After the first wash, I conditioned, dried, and flat ironed (only 1-2 passes this time) and it stayed straight again.I’ll see how long it lasts. So far my hair seems like it’s still healthy and non-damaged. I’ll try to update this review if there are any significant changes.

This is the real deal. I’ve washed my hair three times since the treatment and it is still silky smooth and impervious to a stormy, hot summer day in Texas. I’m very very impressed and have already ordered another kit for my daughter.

It made my hair stink like sulfur after I washed it. It is really bad when its wet but not as bad when it’s dry.

First-time User: I have very thick hair - I should have purchased an extra tube of the activator in addition to the kit. I didn't saturate my hair enough. My ends did not come out as well as expected. I also have to buy more regular shampoo and the two conditioners. But overall, I like it and will use it again! The faster you can apply the "Best" activator - the better! I took too long on my first try (over an hour) - but fortunately, no negative side effects! I use permanent color and the process did change the color of my hair - made it much lighter - too light for my tastes - so I will color it again in the next 10 days or so... I also went to the hair salon to have it washed out, blown dry and flat-ironed - I thought it best to make sure it was done correctly - especially the back. All in - I still saved money by doing the process myself. One more detail - My hairdresser said to do "touch-ups only" after this, to not reapply the treatment to hair already processed. Now that I know how it works, it will be easier and faster! GREAT!

The results are amazing. I normally have frizzy wavy hair and for 6 weeks I got really straight shiny hair and now I'm at 10 weeks, and although it's not pin straight, it still looks very good and tamed . I would definitely recommend this product.I applied this on 80% dry hair, and then I left it on for about 40 minutes, then dried it, then straightened it piece by piece, though I straightened it in relatively bigger pieces, I would say the straightening part took me about 50 minutes, and I have quite long hair.I didn't wash it immediately, just in case. I kept it on for a bit longer than 24 hours then I washed it. It felt really heavy during those 24 hours though .

I’ve used this product twice now and about to do y 3rd treatment, for me it lasts about 5 months but I’m sticking to an every 6 mo. schedule and it really works great!! My hair is thick and naturally curly. I straighten my hair 99% of the time and tho this product doesn’t straighten my hair if that’s what you are expecting that’s not what makes it so great!! What it does do is it helps keep my hair frizz free in humidity and is a COMPLETE game changer!! I travel alot and when I get hot or in humid weather my straightend hair gets big and frizzy and the curls come back ima wired way lol but this product keeps my hair from doing any of that!!! It really tames my hair and keeps the frizz away!! After about 5months it is very noticeable the difference when it starts to wear off!! I am so Happy with this product.

I like this product because zero formaldehyde which is carcinogens. I was doubting it will straight my curly hair. My hair is too much curly. It straightened my hair by almost 80 percent which is good. Recommend for curly hair . A salon put for me which is v important because they can apply on each section blow iron is also important.

I like this pack because it contains everything you need to do a keratin treatment yourself, without having to buy other products separately.As for the keratin treatment itself, I love it because it doesn’t produce as much smoke when you straighten your hair.I recommend it.

There are some mixed reviews on here which caused me to hesitate prior to purchasing this product, but I'm soo glad I did. This is the same treatment my hair stylist uses and the results were actually better than when I go to the salon because... I follwed the instructions! For reference, I have type 4a/b hair, fine strands and eczema on the scalp. A couple things to note:First, avoid getting the Best product on your scalp. At the salon, I got scalp burns because my stylist applied it like a conditioner. Doing it at home, I had a friend help me and applied it like a perm--section by section, focusing on the hair (like they show in the instructions) and I was completely fine, not even a tingle!Second, this is a smoothing treatment. On my hair, it primarily reduced the amount of "kink" in my texture, and left me with more elongated curls. It did not straighten my hair but, it does make my hair super easy to blow out and straighten (I mostly wear my hair straight). Also, I know from previous experience that my hair will revert to its normal kinky curly texture after around 5 months.Third, the Best bottle that comes in the pack is 100ml. I was worried this wouldn't be enough as I have alot of hair, but it was. I needed to use the entire bottle though (and brushed through each section with a denman brush) to ensure my hair was completely saturated.Overall key take away here: I loved the product, my hair looks and feels absolutely amazing. Already bought another bottle of the Best to have on hand for when I need it again in 5 months! Totally worth it!

I am a hairstylist in Japan, and when I followed the procedure described on the official website, this product worked perfectly. If it does not work, it is possible that the amount of the Best applied is too little or that the temperature during the 40–60 minute processing time is too low. Review the application amount and either increase the room temperature during processing or use a warmer cap.
