This blade is so sharp it’s almost Scary .,almost, it slices with ease, makes short work of cleaning big fish.

I use this knife for a verity of needs. My most useful thing is to slice brisket. I've always loved Kershaw but this one has given me more respect.

I think the blade could have been a little bit sharper out of the package, but it’s still a good knife.

This is a great product. I bought this so I could filet 58 King Salmon from our family and it worked like a charm. It cuts meat like butter. It's amazing. If you buy this knife and it breaks at anytime, keep in mind that it has a lifetime warranty.

Great knife. Easily shaved a patch of hair off my leg. One swipe. Definitely didn't expect it to be so clean SO QUICK. Works great on fish too. LOL

First saw this when my brother used one to fillet salmon, clean easy fast accurate cuts. Sharp knives are safe knives. You won't go wrong with this for large fish.

Love this knife i use this knife at work everyday cuz im a butcher and it works for everything i cut. I a scimitar version of this would be fantastic

…until it fell off the side of the boat and broke in half. I did use the heck out of it, before it broke.

Super sharp knife and tough

Seems like a nice knife but very stiff for a filet knife imo. I like Kershaw knives and they're good value imo
