sorry, don't know but before I purchased mine, i was able to find some "review" sites that listed each unit supported by the various lenovo docking stations. I don't remember the site but it was I do know I googled it to get the confirmation I was looking for. hope this helps

Is this compatible with Lenovo Thinkpad 14

Yes it should work, especially since it the 14 has USB 3 ports. However if you are expecting this unit to recharge the laptop while it is plugged into the laptop, I do not expect that will happen.
