Heavy pan, really great for double handed pasta flipping for the whole family.

It's a very nice pan , the shape is perfect for sauteing but the heat transmission is slow and frustrating using my induction hob. I think it's the size of the stainless steel plate at the bottom that is too small and it struggles to irradiate the heat to the rest of the pan? Anyway I have a try-ply stainless steel 24cm pan that heats up more quickly and at medium temperature is much more responsive and hot that this one. Disappointing give the "Aluminum induction line" title of the product.

Super pour pates juste un peu lourde

Uso la Pentole Agnelli ALMC111BPIC32 da diversi anni e posso dire che è ancora perfetta. La qualità dell’alluminio è evidente: solida, affidabile e pensata per durare. Richiede una manutenzione diversa dalle classiche padelle (niente lavastoviglie), ma con un semplice lavaggio con bicarbonato e detersivo per piatti torna come nuova. A chi si lamenta che il cibo si attacca, va ricordato che non è un’antiaderente: è una padella professionale, e come tale va usata correttamente. Basta evitare temperature troppo alte, soprattutto su induzione o sul fuoco diretto, e il risultato è impeccabile. In sintesi: prodotto TOP, robusto, affidabile e perfetto per chi cerca una padella seria, da cucina professionale. Consigliatissima.
