I bought the MyFacePillow last week. I love the product and while I'm all for products that eliminate wrinkles, I purchased it for a medical reason. I have a problem with blood flow to my eyes and it has caused some partial blindness. My specialist has recommended for some time that I sleep on my back, keeping any pillow pressure from my eyes. I also had a habit of putting my hands under my eyes during sleep, increasing the pressure. For over a year, I have unsuccessfully tried to teach myself to sleep on my back ... old habits die hard. The first night that I slept on the MyFacePillow, I slept solidly 'on my back' for 6 hours straight. Not quite the whole night but a miracle for the torturous nights in the past where I tried other pillows or built little walls around me so I couldn't roll over. By night three, I made it through a full night without waking at all. And, just short of one week later, I find myself looking forward to sleeping on my back with the aid of this pillow ... not only functional but very comfortable. The pillow works by, as you can see from the picture, cushioning your head in a U-shaped slot. There is enough room that you can move your head/neck a bit from side to side to avoid stiffness. But, the soft sides of the 'U' keep you from rolling your head over on your side. Interestingly, I've found that if I use this pillow on top of another, my body can roll on its side a bit (which I find comfortable) but the pillow keeps my face, or in my case, my eyes completely pressure free. The design also prevents me from allowing my hands to rest near my eyes, as the U shaped sides protect them. Firm enough for functionality and soft enough for comfort, the pillow also has a neck support. The product was delivered quickly and works as promised. There were no off odors or any other odd things about it. I've only had it a week so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with pillowcases. I know that there is one sold for the product but, I'm likely to just put it in a regular pillowcase and see how that works. Bottom line: If you want to learn to be a back sleeper either for beauty or medical purposes ... the MyFacePillow is a GREAT solution.

I purchased this pillow based on the neck support reviews I had read and considered the beauty benefits as an added bonus. Once recieved I unboxed and allowed the pillow to air out and warm up. There were no unusual odors, it just needed to plump up from shipping during winter months. I tried it out the same night. I felt rested without any neck discomfort, though I thought it could use a little extra neck support; that's why I ordered the large. The bonus came when I looked in the mirror an noticed my face did not have any sleep marks. BONUS. The next day I received a message form the manufacturer offering to send an extra satin pillow case and a new insert they made for those who needed more cervical support. How did they know I wanted extra neck support as I never inquired about it. Of course I said, "YES please, I would love an extra pillow case and the insert for MyFacePillow." They sent it out free of charge. Once received I took a look at what seemed to be a small foam piece as the insert and the extra satin case as promised. I wondered how this insert was going to improve the support. What have I got to lose, let's try it. Next morning, I was impressed! I had the perfect pillow now! I have been using this pillow for a little under 2 weeks and I LOVE it. I have the neck support, the pillow and case are super comfortable, and i wake up wrinkle free. Couldn't be happier.

I LOVE the way this pillow feels. It's so comforting and just the right amount of softness. It springs back perfectly just like a excellent memory pillow should. It is obviously a very High quality product, I bought it hoping it would train me to sleep on my back and that it does do, absolutely, if you are willing to go through the adjustment period. If you find it difficult to to sleep on your back and you want to stick with your side sleeping you might have difficulty sleeping completely on your side with this pillow. It works beautifully if you sleep on your back and partially on your side but I found it uncomfortable to sleep completely on my side. It really is designed to sleep on your back or slightly on your side. Back sleeping provides so many numerous advantages from helping respiratory issues to anti-aging benefits that it is worth going through the adjustment period, and for many there is an adjustment period. I am still trying to adjust; however, I know that many people adjust quite easily and quickly--this pillow works beautifully for those people. The company who carries this pillow is fantastic. They actually mailed me a satin pillowcase as a gift and they inquired how I was doing with the pillow. They gave me some suggestions to try while adjusting to back sleeping. They really show genuine interest in their customers. That speaks volumes in my opinion.

I’ve been using this pillow for a few weeks now and I have to say, it is the most comfortable beauty pillow I’ve tried, and I’ve tried at least 3 others (one that was more than 2x the price of the MyFace Pillow)!! It also really helps my TMJ. I also purchased two satin covers which I highly recommend. I am a side sleeper and while I do still tend to roll onto my side to sleep throughout the night, I’ve found a way to do it comfortably without completely waking up in the middle of the night. It’s also great when stacked on top of another pillow while reading or watching tv in bed, in case you fall asleep. :) The owner of the company, Max, really cares about customer experience, which truly means a lot! The reason I bought this pillow is that I had noticed that I was getting more noticeable under-eye-bag-creases. I wasn't sure why I was getting them until I determined that it was from sleeping on my sides and squishing my face all night. I was also waking up with vertical crease marks running up and down the sides of my forehead. So I determined that my chronic side sleeping must have been contributing to my under-eye-bag creases. This pillow seemed like the best idea to help me avoid sleeping on my side. I originally ordered a Large Size as I wanted the higher neck support and wider space between the side pillows. Amazon Fulfillment Center accidentally sent me a Standard size. I contacted the company to notify them and I was surprised to receive an email that very same day from the CEO of the company itself! He profusely apologized for the mix-up and was determined to fix this error for me. I live in Canada and had ordered from Amazon USA site. So they were unable to send me a replacement through the Amazon.com site so the CEO arranged for me to order the correct size and then he would immediately process a refund so I wouldn't have to pay for the replacement. I received the Large size and found it way more comfortable than the Standard size. The neck support is higher which provides me more support and the side pillows are wider apart so they don't push against the sides of my face. I found the pressure-relieving memory foam is really comfortable...not too firm and not too soft. It feels like it gives me just the right amount of support. I don't wake up with a sore or stiff neck. The foam appears to 'breathe' really well as my head didn't feel 'hot' when sleeping. I wanted to replace the pillow case with my own regular sized silk pillow case and it fit well. After about 2 weeks of using the pillow I noticed that upon awakening and looking in the mirror there was a slight decrease in the under-eye-crease marks and was no longer showing those vertical crease marks on the sides of my forehead. I'm really encouraged by this and I believe that it will only get better the more I use this pillow. I want to personally thank the CEO of the company for the great customer service. I had a really positive experience doing business with this family-run business. He was in constant contact with me through email and encouraged me to update him if I have any further questions or concerns. If you think that side sleeping is contributing to facial creases or wrinkles and you only want to sleep on your side, this pillow may be just what you're looking for.

If I could give this pillow a 10 star review I would. It’s a great pillow. It totally conforms to your head, keeping your head and neck in an anatomically correct position while you sleep. It’s amazing. I wake up with no neck or back pain. But there is more, so I wanted to share my story. I pulled a weird little muscle in my neck some time ago and every once in a while it acts up. My chiropractor suggested sleeping on my back and keeping my head straight. He suggested putting a rolled (small) towel under my neck for support. I tried that and it works for most of the night but not very comfortable. He also suggested I research pillows and I found My Face Pillow. When I received the pillow, I tired laying on it. it was thick and my chin was not aligned. So I was going to return it. The day I received it, I got an email from Max, the company’s CEO, asking how I liked the pillow. I told him of my concern. I am very petite 5’2” and weigh under 100 pounds and the pillow just seemed too big. Max wrote back immediately. This was his response: We do strive to make sure all customers are happy, as I do understand one size does not fit all in this case. We are happy to provide a refund any time (I won't even require a return), but I wanted to see if I might be able to offer some solutions that you would be able to use the existing pillow or even make a custom pillow for you if you do like the concept of the MyFacePillow. Just let me know, we are always looking to go above and beyond. What a pleasure to get a letter from a company that has integrity and really cares about it’s product and it’s customers. Yesterday I went to see my chiropractor, because that muscle was acting up again, and brought the pillow Even though it did not fit me, I thought the design was great and that the owner, represented a great company and product. My chiropractor loved the pillow and asked me to lay on it. Initially, he said the same thing, that it was too thick for me, causing my head to tilt down, but after closer inspection he noticed that the form was immediately conforming to my head. He suggested that I sleep on it for the entire evening and see what happens. I slept the entire night. The pillow conformed to the shape of my head, allowing my chin to be aligned. I did not roll on my side and I woke up with no neck or back pain. Amazing!! I not only kept this fabulous pillow, but I ordered another one for my other home.

This merchant is very professional, and provides excellent customer service. I just wish that this particular pillow would work for me, but alas, it has not. I continually wake up with headaches and neck aches, and often do not sleep throughout the night because of this pain. But this pillow is a tiny bit better than any other I've found, so I'll keep using it for now. There is also one feature that, upon receiving the pillow, was not what I expected, because according to the photo on the webpage (when I purchased the pillow on August 21, 2016), it looked like the raised portions on each side were taller in height than the one I received. If they had been taller, as the photo indicated, they would provide the support I need to keep my neck from turning, which is what causes my pain. To be very fair, the current webpage does not have the same photos that were posted when I purchased the pillow. So, the pillow you would be buying is accurately represented by the photos. However, I don't feel that the pillow I received was accurately represented. But the merchant was very communicative before I purchased it, and was very accommodating. I can imagine that not having the higher sides could be what some people want, but I only wish that the one I purchased DID have the higher sides, as this was the reason I was attracted to it and chose to buy it.

I've been testing the Large size since June 26. My intent is to reduce or completely irradicate the creases I get as a side sleeper on the side of my nose and sometimes eyebrow/bridge of nose as a result of my cheeks being smooshed all night. The "cutout" feature that allows your face to be suspended is the major factor here in any side sleeper pillow. I tried 2 pillows before this one that had a wrench shape which worked only half the time. I kept waking up to reposition them AND they still had to be used on top of my standard pillow. So after returning those and continuing my search I came across this pillow that features cutouts AND "bumpers" if you will. YES. This is what all the other pillows lack. I wanted to get rid of side sleeping creases but being a back sleeper is the supreme position for all around healthy sleep. So that was my next mission after solving the smoosh face problem. THIS PILLOW DID BOTH I turned into a back sleeper basically overnight and when I do turn onto my side the pillow is tall enough to support my neck and the bumpers combined with the cutout do indeed suspend my face in a most pleasant manner. No more creases. No neck or back pain whatsoever. Deeper more restful sleep and healthier skin that I no longer have to de-puff when I wake up. SO PLEASED.

Had a shipping issue but the owner of the company immediately addressed the issue and re-shipped the pillow which arrived super quick. The pillow is perfect! It definitely is a one of a kind product that really helps to keeps your head facing up as you sleep. Super comfortable too with just the right amount of support for your neck. I am extremely happy with this pillow and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Je suis super contentée d'avoir fait cet achat. Je le cherchais pour des raisons esthétiques, mais j'ai ensuite réalisé que les gens mentionnaient ses bienfaits pour leur cou, et ça m'a fait Prendre la décision d'effectuer l'achat . Hier soir c'était ma première nuit et je suis TRES contentée d'avoir bien dormi. C'est vrai que ça aide à apprendre à dormir sur le dos mais ce n'est pas grave, car les bénéfices sont là même en dormant sur le côté, je me suis réveillé sans douleur au cou. Quel bonheur ! Et sans les rides! Un grand bravo👏👏 aux créateurs, ils sont vraiment doués ! I bought it to sleep on my back after surgery. I tried several brand of pillows but this one did the best job. Very comfortable. The side while not too high were still able to prevent my head/neck to turn or fall on the sides. It said a satin pillow case was included but was not to be found anywhere in package.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Das beste und bequemste Anti-Aging-Kissen, das ich bisher hatte. Es fällt mir immer leichter, auf dem Rücken zu schlafen. Die Seitenflügel geben nach und man kann das Kissen seinen Bedürfnissen gut anpassen, wenn man doch auf der Seite schlafen möchte. Die Satinhülle fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an und ist trotz des vergleichsweise etwas hohen Preises zu empfehlen. Daumen nach oben!

The box came torn and opened. The pillow has been used before it came to me as it had stains and hairs all over it. Disgusting. I’m attempting to return it as I write this review. Would not recommend at all.
