Great product/ customer service
I love these! Recently, I took the cup and bowl on an extended backpacking trip. Unfortunately a snap on the cup broke off during the trip ( I was a bit rough on my equipment). I contacted customer service and sent photos as requested. Customer service has been great- quick responses to let me know a replacement cup was on the way. The bowl worked great on the trip and will be a permanent addition to my pack. Highly recommend this product.

Works great if you follow the instructions and don’t fold them backwards
The media could not be loaded. Almost every bad review of these has pictures/videos of people trying to fold them inside out. The instructions clearly say to have the printed text on the OUTSIDE of the bowl, not the inside. I’m bending these far more than you ever would in actual use and they aren’t coming undone in the slightest, and the folds remain strong as long as you aren’t bending them backwards against their creases. Just like paper, double bending the creases will cause them to weaken (obviously lol). They are definitely thin though, so don’t expect them to last a lifetime or to insulate heat much.

Interesting alternative, but not for me
My friend and I were both taken with the product and bought ours before a 3 days backpacking trip. The large bowl looked large enough to maybe even do dishes in perhaps! Not the case. They were big enough for meals, of course, but the thing that made me take these back were the snaps and no lids. I knew going in they had no lids, but the more I thought about it - cooking anything backpacking requires a lid to have the boiling water keep it warm. Some meals give you a pouch to cook it. But my oatmeal needed a lid. I sent mine back and got other stuff beforehand. My friend kept hers and ended up using my stuff during. We were in the snow and the snaps on the cup didn't hold on the cold before weather. Nothing broke, but they just kept unsnapping, maybe because the plastic was too hard and resistant? And then the issue of no lid for coffee, oatmeal, etc. You have a water bottle for water, your meal pouch for other things. We didn't need it as a cutting board unless you're planning on catch and filaing fish. As cool as I thought these were, and lightweight, they didn't end up being that useful for us personally.

Company stands behind their product.
Update:The company worked quickly with me to address the issues I outlined below. They provided me with a replacement set. While I discarded the others, but I am not suspecting that what I got previously may have been a return of a knock-off of their product or something mistakenly shipped as their product. What I got today had a paper product guide wrapped around them as shown in the picture. What I got previously had no wrapping and only had a zip-tie.The fold up exactly as expected and when I put boiling water in them, it did not leak out or melt the plastic.Previous review below:I've got products like these that I use for backpacking made out of silicone. I got these to add to my set. These had no instructions, came zip-tied on one corner, and the as soon as tried to fold them into shape, the plastic turned white.I folded them as shown on the page, print side out. Three of the four snaps wouldn't stay snapped. Assuming maybe I done something incorrectly with these, I lightly warmed with plastic with a heat gun to make it more pliable. No luck. The snaps wouldn't hold. I small plastic wood clamps to hold the bowl together at the snaps and poured in boiling water to make Ramen. In less than a minute, the boiling water had melted through the white stress areas of folding the cheap plastic to try to snap the snaps.Put hot chocolate in the cup and it melted right through the fold lines.Had to revert to using styrofoam bowls for my soup and paper cups for my drinks.I was so disgusted I tossed them in the fire. I didn't want to bother trying to package them up to try to return them.

Excellent Choice
Took the bowl and dish on a 12-day trek to Philmont Scout Ranch. They weigh almost nothing, take up zero room in my pack, and were easy to clean. No problems with leaking until day 10 when one tore along the seam from being folded too many times, which is why I took the second one as a backup. Would definitely use these again.Be sure to use them correctly with the printing on the OUTSIDE of the dish. They'll snap together better and hold their shape without popping free while you're trying to eat.

I like the concept
The concept is great! I keep these in our road trip bag and they have come in super handy on travel days. We've had many meals on them in hotels after a long day of traveling. I do have trouble snapping some of the snaps and keeping them snapped during assembly. (Say that five times fast). Once snapped together I feel confident eating cereal or soup in the bowls. They are easy to wash and easy to store. Ultimately, I am glad to have them in our kit.

As advertised!
I purchased these in 2020 and have used them for over 50 camp outs with my child's boy scout troop. Holds cold and hot items. Light weight on hiking treks makes a huge difference. Cleaning is easy. You can clips these on a carabiner to keep them together.
