Product works great

Installed it after the 30 days because the house wasn't ready. It doesn't work with multi room amplifier.. talked to their customer service and basically told me it has a 30 day warranty and I'm stuck with it and not willing to do anything to fix the situation. Very disappointed. Avoid them. Other companies that actually have customer service.

Update: after five hours of troubleshooting, purchasing new cables at Jtech's direction, and two sets of these, Jtech finally admitted over email that this product CANNOT ESTABLISH OR MAINTAIN HDMI HANDSHAKES. That means IT DOES NOT WORK, they know it, and have no intention of making it work. They also refused to refund my purchase because it was outside a 30 day window. It was outside the window because I spent literally weeks troubleshooting it and shipping these back and forth to them. NEVER BUY A JTECH PRODUCT. This worked for about an hour in the initial test, then ARC audio never worked again for cable runs more than 3 feet. CEC control still works (turns on the receiver and controls volume setting), but no audio is transmitted. I tried three different ARC compatible receivers, two ARC TVs, three confirmed-good ARC-compatible HDMI cables. Triple checked all settings across all devices. If I use a CAT cable longer than 3 feet, I get no audio. $80 down the drain.

Worked perfectly for my client’s setup. I ran CAT6 from the patio TV to the living room Sonos Amp. The transmitter was connected using the digital optical output from the patio TV, feeding into the receiver at the Sonos Amp through the HDMI/optical adapter. The system performed exactly as needed.
