Navigation is a pain.
Had to plug in an external mouse and keyboard just to navigate the menu properly, and at times certain selected areas were greyed-out or hard to distinguish at all. User interface was the main flaw with this product. Also, Netflix is no longer supported on this device, along with anumber of other useful apps such as Pluto TV.

Not a very polished experience
I bought this for my son for his bedroom telly and after a few days we decided to return it and spend more money on a Xiaomi Mi Tv which I would say was a much better experience. This tv box is not proper alAndroid TV and instead feels like a bit hacked together, the remote is extremely poor quality and feels cheap. The box didn’t support a lot of the apps that we wanted to run, one being a vpn as it just wasn’t compatible with the android version running. The on screen keyboard on this device is infuriating to use in our experience. The Xiaomi mi tv box cost nearly twice as much but you get a premium feeling remote with voice control and the proper android tv os provides a much more premium feeling experience.

If you don't use streaming apps it's ok
I have it for some time now. Biggest issue that makes it just a paperholder is that, when I move house, I received new SKY Hub which runs 5/2.4GHz unfortunetly this box don't want to connect with it. It shows that WIFI is setup and connected but no internet usage. To make it work I'll have to setup WIFI Hotspot on my mobile to access internet.Streaming apps - NO UPDATES FOR THIS DEVICE.Tried:Netflix - doesn't workAmazon - worksDisney+ - doesn'tDiscovery+ - doesn'tParamount+ - doesn'tSome of them had to be "sideloaded" but no luck.
