A welcome addition for any kitchen
My husband specifically asked for these mini-pie pans. He loves to cook, especially baking. These are similar to some mini-loaf pans I had purchased for him previously. The metal is heavy and they're very sturdy. They're about the size of a pot pie, which they could be used for. We've made mini-fruit pies and other desserts. They cook well and clean up is a snap.Although a little expensive, they're well worth the price. They would be a good addition to your kitchen or a welcome gift for the cook in your life.

Great for air fryers!
I found a recipe for air frying eggs that used a mini pie pan. I ordered these and they worked perfectly. The eggs just slid out right onto English muffins. I did use butter oil spray. No messy clean up as they did not stick. They are solid but lightweight. I'm looking forward to using them for many more recipes.

Handy, durable, and well made!
Absolutely love these! Now that my daughter is away at school, I'm usually cooking for one. This size is perfect for that purpose, and can be used to make both dessert pies and savory pies.A few weeks ago I began a little project; creating a bunch of single-serving meals to stock my freezer. These mini pie pans came in quite handy for my project!Last week I made four Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza "Pie(s)": I began with a layer of shredded mozzarella, added about 2 T. pizza sauce on top of the cheese, then some grated Parmesan Reggiano, followed by cooked, crumbled, hot Italian sausage. Another sauce/cheeses layer, followed by sliced mini pepperoni, then another sauce/cheeses layer. Finally, sliced black olives, topped with a bit more grated Parmesan Reggiano. I added the top crusts, cut vent holes, and put them into the freezer, uncovered.I let them freeze overnight, then removed the frozen pies from their pans. I wrapped each one in heavy duty foil, then slipped them into individual 1-qt freezer zipper bags. Finally, back into the freezer they went. When it's time to cook, and eat, a frozen mini-pie, you just remove the pie from the bag, unwrap it, and put it back into one of the mini pie pans. Bake it in the oven from frozen. Usually I'll protect the edge with a narrow strip of foil, which I remove 15-20 minutes before the pie is done to aid browning.Fast, delicious, and tasty!I do not put these into the dishwasher to clean. They're non-stick, so they can be quickly handwashed and dried in minutes. I don't put any of my bakeware in the dishwasher. Automatic dishwashing detergents are harsh (they have to be), and despite what I told my daughter when she was a four year old, there isn't a family of tiny people living in there that runs out carrying miniature brushes, sponges, and squeegees with which to scrub off the gunk left on your dishes, when you close the dishwasher door and push "start."No, the detergent does most of the work, and it has to be really strong stuff to clean whatever you put in there (often food residue that's baked on or dried out). Over time, that detergent can make clear plastic turn cloudy and weaken it, and metals (like the types used to make bakeware) may become pitted and/or get scratched (usually those scratches are from other items in the dishwasher knocking against them from the force of the water in the wash or rinse cycles). That pitting and those scratches can destroy a non-stick coating; on bakeware that isn't non-stick, they can cause baked goods *to* stick, even when you prep the pans properly. So, I take good care of my bakeware by handwashing, to avoid pitting and scratches, so they'll continue to perform well and last many years!

Great quality, non stick and perfect personal size.
Would have got 5 stars, but one of the pans came with a slight ding in the side. Not worth sending them all back, but enough to lose a star.

used these for GF tarts!
My GF nephew had never had pie in his life. I modified a glass bowl on Thanksgiving to try one out with a GF crust and he said it was so good, could his auntie try them in other flavors for Christmas? I came home and ordered these and made him 3 different fruit tarts and 1 cheesecake tart for Christmas dessert. These are more tart size, maybe an inch deep. The best thing about them is they are sized to use one 9" pie crust recipe for all 4. I even had enough extra dough to make the tops jazzy.Do not hesitate even 2 seconds to buy these. They are wonderful.

Awesome!
I ordered these to make pot pies, and I did. I am not the best cook, but the pot pies were great. These mini pie pans are great quality, thick metal, sturdy, non-stick and the perfect size for pies.As you can see in the picture, my pot pies may not be pretty, but they are very tasty and these pans were a big help. After baking, I just turned them over and the pies popped right out. Evenly baked and perfectly cooked. Clean up was a breeze as they washed right out. They are also very easy to store, just stack them and place them in the cabinet. They don't need much space at all. I will be making mini apple pies next. These are great quality, and a terrific value for the price. I highly recommend them and I give them 5 big tasty stars.

Mini-pans
Probably good for small baked products. I want to make chicken pot ies and these would not work or I bought the wrong size

Well Made
These pie tins are a little smaller than I anticipated but are nice. I did not get our a ruler to see what size they would actually be, so that is on me. So I simply made two small quiches for my daughter who is on a special diet instead of one. I only have myself to cook and bake for these days, so they will get some use for sure, They are non-stick and go into the dishwasher.
