Alaffia Authentic African Black Soap All-In-One, Eucalyptus Tea Tree 16 fl oz

I have been using black African soap for years. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and the fact it can be used as shampoo and facial cleanser as well is simplifying at its best

I have using this product for a number of years. I usually get it locally, but say it on Amazon and decided to order it to save a trip. I have extermely sensitive skin so I always get the unscented. I am able to use it all over. I have a buzz cut so shampooing is a cinch. On the skin, it rinses completely, leaving a squeaky clean feeling, such that I find that I don't need lotion unless I just want to. For face and hair, and sometimes for body wasing, I use a sepaarate container to dilute it, about half and half. I wet the area for application then pour a small amount into my hands, rub together to produce suds then apply. I find that works best for me. If I use that method for bathing, I pour enough of the dilution into the was cloth then rub the cloth together to make suds, then apply. I also use it undiluted and that works too, I just seem to loke that way best. It's not too stretch the product. So all in all, this soap is a winner I have added to a few others I can use. I like to have a few if one is discontinued, as has happened a few times since my skin is so sensitive.

I love this African Black Soap! We use it in my family for a lot of purposes! I love it to shave my legs and armpits. It is my husband's preferred medium for shaving his bald head. We both like it because it moisturizes our skin and lessens the chance of nicks or cuts. I also utilize it as a shampoo sometimes. It leaves my very fine hair feeling much fuller and with more body. It is great as a body wash too. I love the citrus scent. My husband loves the peppermint, but I find the peppermint does not always feel great in sensitive areas. It can leave what is to me, an unpleasant tingling sensation, presumably from the peppermint essential oil. None of the other fragrances have that effect on me. This is a great multi-use product to have, especially if you are traveling. You do not have to pack separate shampoo, shaving cream and body wash. It also helps cut down on the clutter in the bathroom. I highly recommend this product!

I thought this would help grow my hair as I saw a tiktok saying it does however after consistence use for just over a could month or so I’m not seeing any dramatic changes it’s very dry for my hair Altho cleans the grease well I’ve also used it on my skin and again it’s very drying if you’re an oily person this would be great for you however I personally won’t be purchasing again. Also I saw it at my local grocery store and it was a few dollars cheaper so I feel like I got a little ripped off

Smells good and is gentle on the skin. Does not contain harsh ingredients. Leaves skin feeling softer.

I’ve used this product for years, as a face wash & a little definitely goes a long way! It has helped clear up my skin & overall even out my skin tone. However, the last purchase I made with the two 16oz bottles I was a little disappointed. The cap was broken on one bottle, which made product spill throughout the packaging. I did request a replacement, and received the item a couple days later. The same issue arises with product being spilt throughout packing again from bottles not being closed tightly. I did decide to keep the replacements only because I can not find this specific product in any store on hand.

This is perfect for any hair type I love this shampoo the best/ cleanest ingredients I have found for a shampoo. I’m so happy it removed my dandruff and it’s so inexpensive!!! Must buy I’m in my second bottle (1 bottle will last u 8 months I wash my hair 1 a week)

Let me say just wow! I absolutely love the way this soap feels on my skin and hair. I have only tried African black soap bars before and while they are great, I love this liquid soap so much more. It lathers amazingly well and leaves both my skin and hair feeling soft and moisturized. Having had oily skin all throughout my life, like most people my skin has gotten drier as I've aged but this soap makes my skin feel clean and soft and the same for my hair. This will definitely replace any bar soap for me and shampoo as well, I've never cared to invest too much in shampoos because I find most of them still make my hair feel stripped, so I focus on moisture with my conditioners but this as a shampoo made my hair feel amazing and what I love most, is you don't have to use a lot. My bottle was delivered perfectly fine as it had a shrink-wrapped plastic covering the entire bottle and pump also it was boxed with three other items that I bought the same day, and the bottle and pump were protected during transit.

I had oily/acne prone skin and bought this with hopes that it would help. It left my skin feeling dry and not nourished, so I stopped using it. But then a year or so later I went on acutane and it cleared my skin and made it normal. So I turned back to this product and it was pretty good. Yes it did feel a tad dry but nothing like when I was oily and acne prone. So I’ll say this is good for people with normal skin. Maybe not if you have oily or dry skin

I Love this stuff it makes my skin soft and silky and the smell is Amazing it really gets rid of all my dry skin that I have.

Amazing product, hair and full body feels squeaky clean. Best for cleaning out buildup on scalp and hair.

I love the feel of it. It’s gentle and works well on my skin.
