This is the best organic green powder that I've used. I've been drinking it for almost two weeks now and I have high praise for it. I used to drink Amazing Grass's lemon lime energy powder mix, but I decided to try this one after sampling it at a local health food store. I've always been a big fan of Garden of Life with their USDA-Certified Organic and Non-GMO Verified certifications. The company always starts and ends with whole food in its supplements and I love their commitment to whole food ingredients. This is much better than Amazing Grass's product because Garden of Life uses superior ingredients for antioxidant support, detoxification, and -- above all -- energy. What separates this product from the rest is that the greens are juiced and cold-temperature dried immediately at the farm within an hour after harvesting. This preserves all of the nutrients and makes the greens fresher than in other products. The company also has an excellent fruit and vegetable blend like organic parsley, organic alma berry, organic beet root, organic strawberries, etc. And there is an energy blend that uses fresh ingredients like organic pomegranate, organic Yerba Maté extract, and organic maca root, too. The company also adds 30mcg of Vitamin B12 in the active form. All of these nutrients combine to deliver smooth and clean energy, while also delivering probiotics, enzymes, antioxidant support, and the great benefits of greens like organic barley grass, organic wheat grass, and more. Once again, everything is certified organic and Non-GMO verified. As far as taste is concerned, the flavor is pretty good. Although I mix mine with water, it can mixed with equal parts water and apple juice or other juices, too. But, for me, it tastes fine on its own. There's a subtle hint of pomegranate with an undertone of greens. In addition, the texture is very smooth with no grittiness or bitter notes. It goes down fine and it gets to work very quickly. Amazing Grass is my multi-flavor each has different nutrient properties go to. From price point to all the reasons I buy this is my brand of choice. Saw an ad for GoL products I'm not using. Thought why not try this one. I use several chocolate vegan proteins. Usually two scoops a day with chia and maybe a few nutritional additions to help get most of my protein daily needs by breakfast. This includes a 64 oz pitcher of filtered water with organic Italian lemon and apple cider vinegar to enhance flavor and several different flavor scoops of amazing grass. Tastes like fruit punch. Looks like mowed lawn :) Anyway, got this to add to the mix. It doesn't change the taste. Tasty on its own. It doesn't offer any new nutrient combo I need. It costs, even with subscribe and save, quite a bit more than the others. I've decided to discontinue, but only for a price. It's not adding value to my meal plan. Fun to experiment. I think what else threw me is I expected a larger container. Like the new protein option in the larger canister. Not sure how I made the mistake. Anyway, by visual appearance, the color is lighter and I'm not sure why. Amazing Grass is a densely intensely dark vibrant green. This has lighter color. If you're willing to pay about $7 more this may be your go to. I also become aware that GPL sold to Nestly. If you know the history behind this company this might make you wince a little. I like the vegan protein with probiotics in it enough I tolerate the knowledge. Carry the knowledge while exploring options to change. The product arrived timely and undamaged. I tried this several different ways. It tastes awful and makes me want to vomit for at least an hour each time I drank it. I won’t purchase this again it will however make great compost. The grass taste is overwhelming. I would have chugged it down for the price but it was upsetting my stomach too badly. The product is quality I guess I just have a sensitive stomach. Good luck to the brave soul that comes next.

I have this on auto ship. It’s hard to find a product without spirulina in a green powder but I found this one. Taste is great with all the benefits and gives the boost of energy.
