Does this model comes with a Flat Plate ( Part number BG347803G-00 ) use for grilling?

OK from the manual looks like shallow pan has part number BG347803G-00. So the answer is yes. It has 2 pans.

Of the three simiiar of these in this brand, (each a little higher in price) can someone tell me which is the most versatile and best option? I want to use it to fry, sauté, roast, make chili and chic noodle soup, bake etc. Also, could someone tell me, phonetically, how to pronounce this name? Thank you.

I just purchased this (not from Amazon) and so far so good. Great for hotpot and/or pan cooking. Frying is great although it would be nice if this model had a grill pan like the one Tiger manufacturers. No baking or roasting. If you don't plan to use the steam attachment, go with the single pan model and save yourself $40-50. The deep pan works just the same as the shallow pan. Zoh-jee-roo-she (The "roo" is pronounced with an almost "D" or "L" like sound. Or like a double "rr" sound in spanish).

Does this hot pot come with a warming setting?

Yes, the sliding dial goes from keep warm, 280F thru 480F. If you are cooking at a higher temp it does take time to cool down enough to just keep the food warm. I usually just turn the unit off a little before I remove the food. It takes a while to cool down especially if lid is left on.
