(12/2/20)Wireless bridge stopped working. Will not connect at all. Can’t set it to AP mode either. Lights still work via app, but I can no longer control them with Alexa. Will contact customer service about this because a new bridge is $20! These were installed only 6 months ago. Would give them 5 stars but since it doesn’t work as described they get 1.UPDATE (12/9/20): Within a couple days of my initial review (1 star and text above) I was contacted by seller and they offered to send me a new smart bridge. It arrived within a week. It did take me over an hour to set the new bridge up. MY LIGHTS ARE WORKING AS ADVERTISED AGAIN!!!I only bumped them up from 1 to 3 stars because of the hassle due to the smart bridge. My home is about 80% automated. We have smart switches, plugs, bulbs, devices, locks, thermostat etc. This wasn't a user error issue.My first review wasn't as much a review as it was a complaint due to the lights not working correctly because of a faulty smart bridge. Here is my review of the lights:I LOVE THESE LIGHTS! They are small and bright. I installed 6 under floating shelves in my kitchen. I decided to not power these with a smart switch because of the "smart" bridge. I wish I had in the end. I will explain further later. I wanted full control of these lights using our Echo plus in our kitchen. I have them grouped with other devices to set different moods within our kitchen. They worked flawlessly upon first installation. I recommended these to friends who have purchased, installed and never had the problem of the faulty bridge. These lights change colors and through the app they can dance with music or cycle through different colors. I wanted to have cool lights in the day and warm lights in the evening. These do it all. The app is surprisingly well done for a typical run of the mill cheaper smart tech option. I rarely use the app because I have full control of all features (besides dancing lights and things like that) through my Echo.I was without the full use of these lights for about a month as I stubbornly tried to reconnect the smart bridge that ended up failing. I could still turn lights on and off and had full function through the app, but that isn't a smart light. that is a light that uses an app as a remote. I wrote the review above and like I said they contacted me right away before I could find the time to contact them. Their customer service was top notch. If this new bridge lasts longer than 6 months I would revise my rating to 4 stars. This was a 5 star product before I had bridge issues.PROS & CONS:Pros:-works great with Alexa-fun party modes with the app-color changing-temperature changing-great app-easy installation-bright lights-dimmable-small and slimCons:-wish they didn't need smart bridge-smart bridge is cheap and ugly-smart bridge configuration is extremely time consuming when it doesn't work correctly-remote is cheap

Product installs very easy and mounts directly into sheetrock with snap features. It has a connector for use with a standard lightbulb fixture. In the photo I have integrated the downlights with an LED strip light around the perimeter of the crown molding and can use the same bluetooth controller for all lights. The app 'sees' the lights and links with them very easy. You can rename the lights and group them together or in a hierarchy which adds flexibility in the control. Real WOW factor here.

The color light is not strong

This product does not come with an installation manual which makes it extremely hard to install it.I’ve had an electrician install the light to the main power supply. Once I connect it to the panel I have no power. I purchased the 5W and the 9W and I am unable to get any of the lights on using. The app can’t detect them but they have power.

Don't buy them!!!!! I installed them witch was really easy. But can't get the remote to work the lights are stuck on one color. Well be uninstalling them and putting in lights that work

this product isn't what you might think it is, it's a retrofit for already installed lights. we wanted it to work in a new install in an rv. the return window is closed and we're very disappointed with this purchase.
