It's...course salt
This salt is exactly as described. It has a nice flavor and works well in my salt grinder. NO issues with clogging or stopping the grinder.

I like that the containers are one pound each and that they pour easily into salt grinders. The flavor of the salt is true to type. I would prefer that the grains were a bit coarser, but the fact that they aren’t will not keep me from purchasing them again. In general, a good value.
