Definitely makes a difference.
I've been waiting for a while to make my review on the compression sleeves I got so I could be confident I knew whether or not they made a difference. But first, a story. When the sleeves first arrived, I noticed that one of them had a loose thread. I didn't think anything of it and left the thing alone. Spent that whole day in my house, wearing the sleeves and doing chores. I have plantar fasciitis and severe bone spurs in my left foot, combined with a broken sesamoid bone that never had a chance to heal. It is ALWAYS in pain. My right foot has recently started to swell and become painful because I spend so much time trying to not put pressure on my left foot, which meant that my overcompensation was really doing a lot of harm. That first day I wasn't really sure if there was any result because if mostly been around the house, but I could at least say the sleeves themselves weren't uncomfortable. I have very thick ankles and was worried they'd cut off circulation, worsening the swelling but no.... They fit just fine. Snug so as not to move, but not so tight that I had a problem wearing them. The second day I noticed that loose thread was maybe about an inch longer. I actually went out of the house for an hour or two to run some errands and came home to cook for about another hour. It was by the end of the cooking that I realized I hadn't needed to sit down and take a break from standing. There was still a pain, but not nearly as bad as normal. This is NOT a miracle cure, especially not for someone with feet as messed up as me, but it is definitely an excellent way of making sure I still support my arches while simultaneously not being forced to wear actual shoes. Third day comes around and that loose thread has gotten completely out of control. It must have snagged inside my shoe or something on day two because it was about eight inches long. Rather than just put up with it and eventually get frustrated once the whole sleeve was just a pile of threads again, I sent an email to the company that made these. Man. What nice people! The emails they sent were so polite and very understanding. I told them I was worried about one of my sleeves coming apart and I am so grateful that they were able to give me a replacement! Definitely a great company with excellent customer service. As some of you may know, yesterday was the first day in the US that Pokemon go was active and mostly functional. As a result, I spent about an hour walking around my neighborhood in flats, chasing digital monsters. I did not wear the sleeves or my shoes with orthotic inserts in them....and I paid for it. Today I did the same thing....but WITH the sleeves on. Man. What a difference! My left foot still has the same dull ache that I've grown accustomed to and my ankle is expectedly swollen....but I'm actually considering going out again right now just because I can! So this settles it.....while they may not make all the pain go away depending on your baseline, they sure as heck will help, especially while you're standing. I highly recommend using these and working with Physix Gear.

Support and relief combined with customer service is a good combinaiton
I purchased both the Plantar Fasciitis socks and a pair of the Physix Gear Sport Compression Socks Compression Socks for Men & Women, BEST Graduated Athletic Fit for Running, Nurses, Shin Splints, Flight Travel, & Maternity Pregnancy. Boost Stamina, Circulation, & Recovery - Includes FREE EBook! to try them out for my winter walking and for travel. I am a woman aged 70 who ten years ago developed plantar fasciitis in the left heel. I saw an orthopedic doctor and learned a number of factors were at play including a hereditary tendency to turn that foot as the leg was shorter I got orthotic insert and do exercises. The problem returns at times and is painful sometimes at night. I got the socks to wear to alleviate that. I wish I had known about them before my many walking trips! I find for me they are working well for wear over light socks. I got the L/XL as I wear a size 9 women's shoe and have arthritic joints and read they are tight and can be difficult to put on. Scrunching them up first and then gradually sliding them on seems to take time but work well. I am finding putting them on for the evening and wearing them to bed has helped my feet feel better. In summer I do regular pool exercise and in winter I walk so am just adjusting to the winter program. This is the time when I have traditionally had more evening pain from the heel but this seems to be working. I wear the compression socks when I walk/hike, then change to these and have had over a week now of pain-free nights. I received an email from Adam, the founder of the company, with the promised information on the product and the offer to answer questions. I did contact the company for some questions I had. I was very pleased that Adam replied promptly and was extremely helpful. I will see how the products endure and if they continue to help but right now I am impressed. They take a bit of time to get on but the feeling of support is immediatly apparent.

Almost instant pain relief
It is really amazing that I can come home some days with pretty severe foot pain and have it feel 90% better within minutes of putting on these socks. I have recommended them to a friend and my sister. The only reasons I did not give them 5 starts are 1) The sizing isn't consistent. I bought a pink pair. Loved them, they were the perfect size. Eventually, I decided I needed another pair and bought beige. I could barely get them on. If I wore them to bed, I would end up ripping them off because they were too tight. I wear a 6 to 6.5 so a S/M should fit. I finally decided the pink ones are good for me to sleep in (less pain the next day if you sleep in them) and the beige ones are OK for day use and are great for the instant pain relief. If you have a slim foot, my pink ones might be too loose and the beige ones just right. Now that it is fall and I'm not wearing sandals, my feet aren't hurting but I'm thinking about a black pair - which brings me to point # 2. The price. They are currently $18 something. Believe it or not, that is a pretty good price for this brand. When I bought my beige ones, they were close to $25! That is just too much for a pair of socks. I was only willing to buy them at that price because I had a discount coupon and the first set helped so much. If you want these, buy them now before the price goes back up. If the price has gone back up and and you can wait, keep an eye on the prices that seem to go up and down.

Happy Feet
I really like these! Although I don't have plantar fasciitis, I do work a job where I am standing on my feet all day. And before the shift is even halfway done, my heels are on fire. We do have chairs, but with my line of work, it is hard to work sitting down. But I do keep a chair nearby when my feet and knees start to ache. It is safe to say that I am so glad I invested in these compression socks because they have helped my feet sooo much. I notice I have more pep in my step now and my heel pain has subsided greatly! And I can stand on my feet the whole shift with no problem now. When I initially tried them out, they were slightly uncomfortably for maybe two days, which was mentioned by some of the reviewers that you would experience that the first time wearing them. But on day three, it felt as if I had nothing on my feet. As far as shipping goes, they come in a nice packaging (slim black box with a picture of the product), and since I am an Amazon prime member, I got my socks within two days of ordering. The prices are very reasonable because I have seen some that were over priced and not so great reviews. So I was able to get both my sister and I a pair (she does have plantar fasciitis) and still come out with a good deal. Overall I am happy with my purchase and have just become one satisfied customer. Thank you!!

Doesn't do enough to be a PF night brace, doesn't make a huge difference for my PF
This is a plantar fasciitis (PF)-specific review. I spent hours looking for something that I could use both day and night, and was trying to avoid the inconvenience of a night brace. Some reviews said this worked for them as a night brace, however I did not find that to be true. While it does provide compression if that's needed for swelling, and it's comfortable (doesn't slip but doesn't squeeze too hard - but make sure it's not doubled over or folded or you'll get some tingling), it doesn't really seem to help my PF. It doesn't hold the foot in a position to keep the fascia stretched out all night so it doesn't keep it from tightening overnight, which is what makes it so painful to walk in the morning. My PF started causing excruciating pain and I was desperate for relief, so I bought some things like this made to assist it, and they haven't made much of a difference. I wanted to post here that what I found absolutely best was to do a couple of stretches - they have made such a huge difference so quickly, I'm surprised. After only a few days of doing them, I can actually walk without pain and limping first thing in the morning or after sitting for awhile. One is to stand on the edge of a stair step and raise yourself up and down (calf raises, but standing on the edge of a step helps you extend your heel down lower than a floor would). The 2nd is to push your PF foot against a stair riser (the vertical part) so that your toes are forced to bend up, stretching the fascia out. Then step forward/up a few stairs with your non-PF foot. I use these several times per day, along with icing it as needed, rolling it on a ball when sitting, and trying to massage it before I step out of bed in the AM. When my foot is aching after a day of use, if I do these stretches, it brings immediate relief. You could look on you tube and find these (and others). I hope this helps someone who is also feeling as desperate for relief as I have felt these last few months.

Highly recommend
I have worn these for months when I had plantar fasciitis. They wash really well and hold their shape. They really do support your foot along with supportive shoes to help your foot heal. I didn't go any where without them. My foot is well now, but if I am going to be doing a lot of walking I throw them in my bag to help support my foot if I feel pain or tiredness. I highly recommend these for arch support.

AMAZING RELIEF-IMMEDIATELY-BOTH FEET
I recently went to a doctor for severe plantar fasciitis in BOTH feet. I work at a hospital. These socks supported my feet and gave me a pain free day at work after 3-4 hours. I’ve worked and SLEPT in these...the support is amazing and my feet do not hurt in the morning. I recommend 24 hour usage AND night splints that STRETCH THE CALF while you sleep, to get the fastest cure. The night splints alone, were awkward and NOT ENOUGH. These socks are AMAZING. I would limp at work. I even tried a walking boot to ease the pain. I was crying in agony, not able to walk after 6-7 hours, couldn’t clean my house. Couldn’t exercise. I got up this morning, wearing these, after a 9 hour work day, yesterday, and NO PAIN. I was taking 1200 mg of Advil liquid gels, just to get through. I’ve suffered extreme anxiety and distress over how this pain has altered my life. I’ve been cleaning and organizing, today—ABLE to do it. Nothing but these socks has worked, even after a trip to a sports medicine doc. I have a flat foot, anyway. I added an “AirPlus” brand arch support, from Walmart, with a plantar bridge, and these socks—and it has been amazing. People with a good natural arch could probably just wear the socks. I NEED an arch support. I saw them 3 months ago—and WAITED, until this week to buy these socks. Compression socks alone, are not enough. I have black and pink and will be ordering more, so I can go barefoot with these sleeves on, in my house, which is how I ended up this way.

Just read what I say
First, I need to say I CAN NOT stand to feel restricted in any way. If it sticks or is tight I can not stand more than 5 minutes tops in whatever it might be. I also only like certain fabrics I'm sensitive to textures of fabrics. I'll think something is pretty but if the fabric is to thin, think, silky, scratchy, to polyester or just the touch feels wrong I'm not buying it. I own compression workout gear and the key word is own I dont like the restriction, me and socks have been enemies for forver. Now all that paints a picture of me being a weirdo with clothing. However in 2017 I rolled me ankle 3 times and it's never fully healed I lovely call it my lefty cankle. I've rolled ot a few more times since then too, my feet always roll out there's no inner arch support to keep me balanced. After a long and I mean long debate over most likely throwing money away if I buy these because I can't handle restriction, I rolled the dice I bought this pair and a different brand that had gels in them at the arch. First those gel ones are a torture device save yourself the money staying on gels hurt. However now to this pair. I struggled getting them on, I wear 8s and wide with too so off the chart I needed a large so I bought a large but man they were hard to get on. Ounce on I took the time to walk with them on, do my one leg raised one legged squats (working on that balance). I couldn't believe that I never tugged at the sock sleeves the whole time. Biggest surprises they did have different levels of compression in different areas so it felt more like a strong hug then restriction. Did they help in my search for support that's a yes and a no only because nothing has ever helped that I've tried BUT because of the way they fit I felt more supported and way able to do more one legged squats o e each leg and more kicks before wobbling over. So yes I like these they meet my fabric standards, dont overly feel restricting on and I feel help with my balance. I e notice other sites off Amazon give these socks a low rating and I disagree. I'm one of the hardest people to please when it comes to clothing especially socks and I actually like these. Granted I'm not a compression person I just cant handle the whole feeling of being squeezed or trapped so I can only wear them for any wear between 10 to 30 minutes depending on what I'm doing before I mentally start to feel the restriction set in but I mostly do yoga or Qigong. I cant handle just sitting around in these because I start to feel trapped. A normal perso worh no issues with compression I highly recommend. If I can wear them and like them I can only imagine how much you would like them given they are compression, they hold up and dont become stretched out you are going to enjoy them. So do misunderstand me when I say I can wear them and I hate compression that, that means these aren't strongly compressed because they are they just have a great fabric texture feeling and the dispersion of of what areas are more compressed than others makes it fabulous.

Calza a compressione graduata per fascite plantare 👍
Articolo conforme alla descrizione. Imballo perfetto, materiale molto, molto buono.

Perfect for foot pain
I have psoriatic arthritis and a few of my friends suggested to get this including my rheumatologist. Way more comfortable than a bandage, doesn’t move around and has the right amount of compression without feeling tight. Also helped immensely ease the pain. Love the fact they were pink but will definitely buy a few more pairs so I can have some in the wash and still have on

Brilliant product - excellent quality and very comfortable.
I couldn't decide which size (or colour to go for) so opted for one of each. The sleeves are far more stylish than I anticipated, they actually look quite quirky on - lovely design and colours :) The price is very reasonable as the quality is truly outstanding - thick and sturdy material for optimum support and compression - they hold their shape very well, are flexible on the foot, they're perfectly elasticated top and bottom to avoid cutting in to the ankle and toes - they encompass the foot perfectly without any wrinkles or folds and are exceptionally well designed for comfort and style. I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for the last few years and if I'd known the solution was as simple as this I'd have a whole drawer full of these by now! I'm a UK size 5-6 and I have narrow feet, the L/XL is a touch on the long side, and not as tight in general, but this is actually great for hotter days when your feet swell a little. The S/M is perfect, stronger compression, tighter fit, great for cooler days and cooler months (or most of the year in Britain!) Overall, highly recommended - I'll be back for more no doubt!
