Love Peace Hope Joy Handmade Wood Ornaments

I have purchased four sets. I will not purchase anymore sets. I would hope that other providers would appear through Amazon's search engine, however, it did not provide results. The quality control of the product is poor. The hole for hanging the word ornaments is off center (at least one or more per package/4 count), at least one ornament was stained with a black fungus growth (which would not scrub off), and a poor brown twine was provided for the ornaments that is very hard to thread through the pre-drilled holes as it freys easly. You will need to know how to tie a knot as the ornaments are not pre-tied. Two of the 16 (in total) ornaments could not be used as ornaments and could not be reused for any other purpose. I ended up throwing them out. Allowing fungus to infect the air in a enclosed environment is unhealthy to breath. Anyway I can "NOT" recommend buying anymore of this product to other possible customers. I will not buy any more sets, either asreplacements, or as new decore, in the future. Untrustworthy situation. Disappointed in these wood ornaments. The love hole for the string is completely off-center. And the darkness of the wording is not consistent. The joy is very light compared to the other ones. For almost 20 bucks to me not worth it. I contacted the company sent them pictures of the defects and asked if they would just send me a new love and joy that weren’t defective and they would not do so unless I returned all four ornaments. I purchased these to use them to make a Christmas gift. It’s December 12th and for me to package them up, return them, wait for them to receive them, then for them to send me new ones it will be past Christmas. Very disappointed that the company wouldn’t just send me to new ornaments. I own a business and this is what I would’ve done for my customer.

These ornaments showed up just as pictured. An enjoyable rustic gift for the inconvenient person who just puts these on their Christmas list.
