Inca's Food Aji Amarillo - Yellow Hot Pepper Molido/paste 10.5oz - Product of Peru

We love this paste. We make a Peruvian sauce with this paste and it is so good!

Unfortunately, the jar lid had popped and it was leaking inside the package and I had to throw it away. I'm going to try purchasing one more time and hope for a better outcome.

Excellent sauce! Definitely gives that Peruvian flavor that you get at a restaurant. Marinade recipe was quick and easy. I now can have that Peruvian flavor without ordering out.

I have been eating the aji since I was a kid. This is the paste which is more concentrated but can be mixed or dilluted to make the yellow aji sauce. Good product and have been buying these jars for a while- the Rocoto (red) version is hotter and not as good.

I've never had this before and it was fabulous! I ordered it as an ingredient to an upcoming Peruvian dinner menu. I'll be using it in many ways because it's so good! Nice level of heat plus complexity of flavor. Flavor profile is similar to habanero pepper.

Always order this, love to add it to my different fingers. It's a spicy 🌶 sauce
