Bargain
Its a fantastic pill box , easy to open and feels sturdy. Both AM and PM organisers can be taken out of the base .Slightly larger than I expected but that's not a problem.Great price .

This is brilliant.
This is brilliant. a great idea and a joy to use. They do it in black and white and I think they also do an all clear version. But either way its a great size portable and easy to organize your tablets

Cheap, cheerful and do the job
The two rows can be removed easily from the base holder and used individually. The compartments are large and will take 8 large lozenge/capsule type supplement pills, most pharmaceutical tablets tend to be much smaller . You can see through the coloured lids to check what is in /still to be taken. I use this to take a fortnights supplements away on holiday. Few people will need two such large compartments for every day. The lids close securely and can easily be pressed open. They only open automatically to about 45degrees but can be lifted further. The compartments can be identified by day, time and or lid colour. They are proving durable and robust and easy to clean.

Smart looking and easy to use
Easy to handle one criticism might be that small pills difficult to get out but then small pills will be difficult to get out of any small space.Attractive to look at. I am happy with my pill dispenser.

High Quality, Robust and Accessible!
Both my grandparents have a lot of tablets to take each day, and sometimes they forgot if they took them or not. This means they would end up skipping a day if they couldn’t remember, rather than risk double dosing. I decided to buy them both a pill organiser each, to help them avoid missing doses in the future.I needed ones that had a morning and night section, bold text on each lid, push button opening, as well as slightly larger compartments due to the number/size of some tablets. This item has all of the above and fit the bill exactly, so I ordered 2.The compartments are a good size and can accommodate a good mix of larger and smaller tablets. The push buttons to open the lids of each compartment, are firm enough without being difficult to press. The push button opening is a good feature in my opinion, as some organisers only have lids that you have to pull open. They tend to be difficult to open for people with dexterity issues or lack of strength. Not to mention they tend to be weak at the lid hinge, so constant opening and closing weakens them rather quickly, and you find you have to replace them quite often. This push button organiser does not have this problem. The fact that the morning and evening row, can be removed individually from the bottom tray, means refilling and dispensing from the compartments is easier too. The tray also means that it keeps both rows together so you are less likely to misplace one of the rows. Each lid has Bold black text displaying the day and either am or pm on it, meaning they are clear and easy to read. The only criticism I have of this is that over time, the constant pushing the lids closed tends to start wearing off the text, leading to there being no text at all. This starting happening on one lid, so in order to prevent it happening on the rest, I put small pieces of clear cello tape on each lid. This solution has worked very well in preventing the rest of the text on the other lids from wearing off. You could use clear nail polish instead if you don’t have any cello tape. Honestly I would not let this small detail deter you from purchasing this organiser though. If you do the cello tape/nail varnish trick as soon as you get the organiser, then you will not have any worries in the future about this happening. My grandparents have had theirs nearly 2 years now, and both organisers are still going strong. They are well made, sturdy, and very accessible and the price is excellent. All in all these organisers are one of the best I have come across, and I would highly recommend them!

Good pill organizers for people without memory problems
I purchased two of these to give myself organization for two weeks of pills at a time. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and the units were removable. It makes it both easier to get the pills out and also I was able to swap the AM and PM labeled boxes to make a two week supply of just morning and just evening pills. While I am in my 30's my father also uses these in his 70's. The days are large enough for him to read but the AM/ PM label runs a little small. He can use them even with his hands beginning to have arthritis, but before too long we will need to get an easier to open set. They are not secure against children or adults with memory issues.

Pill Box not suited to people that rush around on autopilot
I don't want to give this a bad score as, honestly, there's nothing particularly wrong with it. It's just that it's not suited to *me*. Depending on how you are, it may not be suited to you.I'm always swamped so I tend to get through the day using autopilot mode.Today I had this evenings pills, in the morning....again!I believe my issue is down to the AM pills being oriented in reverse to the PM Pills. You essentially spin the holder round 180 degrees to access either AM or PM pills. The only visual difference from one orientation and another is a small letter A or P, which when I'm on autopilot isn't enough, so I make mistakes.I have a similar pill box where AM and PM holders are oriented the same way (there's no spinning the holder PM is below AM). I've never made a mistake with this organiser. The difference seems to come down to how much effort you need to put in to using the product correctly. This one is *less* intuitive so it's not suited to people who rush.I would not consider this useful for travelling as I could easily see my travel bag being full of loose pills. I have no experience to back up this opinion as I just wouldn't consider it. In my view the lids are spring loaded and the release buttons are not hard to operate. It would be an accident waiting to happen.
