They say it is waterproof and rip proof nope it isn't
I had problems with mine. I wore it into the shower and never took it off, then one of the corners on the QR code started to fade and it was up readable. I wrote to the company and told them what happened and sure they were willing to send me out replacements of both the velcro and the silicone brands, that took 3 weeks to get. What if something happened to me in that time frame I wouldn't have it. Then I talked to some of my Drs. and EMTs and they said that they don't have QR Code readers, so I told the company that and they told me that every phone has one which is also not true because I had to d/l mine. These are very unreliable and I would not be willing to have my life depend on these ever.

great product but needs a little refining
Ended up in the hospital today wearing this product for abcense seizures.down side medical personnel saw this product but did not know it was a medical id bracelet ,upside once my fiance told them what it was they ripped it off my wrist and scanned the QR CODE then where able to pull up all my medical information .Wish it said in case of emergency please scan QR CODE ATTACHED because if my fiance was not with me they would not have known it was more then a braelet.

Cheap version of medical bracelet from a Russian company.
Sometimes I get a product and it seems a little curious so I start to research it and wind up saying, “You’ve got to be kidding!” This is one of those. The idea of a medical alert bracelet is a good one. Many people have various versions. The problem with this one is it the crucial component is a little slip of paper. It could easily become unreadable. It Uses a QR code, which is a square computer-readable code. That code would connect a first responder or a doctor with your medical information that you have personally put on the website.Since the code is printed on a little slip of paper tucked into a wrist band, It can easily get damaged. It does seem to have a coating but I don’t know how much moisture it can withstand. Also it can get dirty, stained, or lost easily. Then there is a question of whether the person giving medical attention has a QR reader handy. Fortunately, an iPhone camera will do. I got as far as scanning the code to input my information. The app asked me to sign off on the terms and privacy policy, but the link did not work. Red flag! Well, I was able to search it out using a search engine. The privacy policy is a little bit hard to understand but it does give them permission to send you advertising. Oh, and their partners can spam you too! I went to their About page, expecting to find the product was made in China, but no. This is a Russian company. I am not giving my information to a Russian company with a confusing privacy page. Why would you?

Good if You Have a Number of Pre-existing Health Issues
I thought this would be a good ID bracelet for me to wear, since i am allergic to a particular antibiotic. You're supposed to upload your medical information and have it translated into a QR code that spits out your medical history the minute the bracelet is scanned. If you have a number of health issues, I can see why it would be useful, but if you have just one issue (like me), it feels unnecessarily complicated. Also how private is this information? It would be easier and faster just to have an old fashioned bracelet with one condition printed on it. Sorry but not right for me.

Cheap knockoff
Cheap knock off of popular name brand. The info is located on a tiny piece of paper that slips into the band. No one would know that it's even in there nor does it stand up over time. Better off spending a little extra money to get the real MYID band

Too complicated
I need just to communicate an allergy and my blood type. This is too complicated to be worth the trouble. A little tag on my watch band is a better idea.
