Fantastic hook, sharp as hell
These treble hooks are great, they are the quality you would expect from Gamakatsu. They are ridiculously sharp, and salt water resistant (though not necessarily salt water proof). I use the #4 treble hook to fish for Coho and pink salmon in southeast Alaska, and I've experienced noticeably improved hook-up rate switching to this hook. I definitely lose fewer fish compared to OEM hooks. These hooks are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Overall, use these hooks with confidence. If you lost a fish on Gamakatsu, it wasn't a good hookset.

Strong, extra sharp
Used to replace factory hooks on salmom plugs (5") eg Silver Horde and J plug.Much better hookup ratio.

Work perfectly on a rattlin rogue
They make great hooks. I repaired several lures and caught a 50 inch musky on one of their hooks.

Sharp hooks. I like the non obtrusive bronze color
Overall this is a great hook that I've been using for years. As long as it's sized correctly for the bait and the fish and size of fish you're after then they are solid!. One of the main things I like is the color.. they arn't brightly tinned, nor are they red or black. The bronze is a very natural coloration and I feel I get more bites, and more bites from big fish, with these hooks in clear water due to that. Only downside is they will get bent by big fish if you don't properly use your draf... but that's true of all hooks and big fish. As long as you size them for your quarry and use your drag I'd say you're good.

Better chance to catch fish first bite. Hooks are very tacky and sharp.

The Rolls-Royce of hooks
Have not used yet but by the feel of them these hooks are in the aristocracy of the hook world. Japanese hooks must rank as some of the best available. I fish for pike over 30lbs so I need the best I can get my hands on. Other hooks may be good but these are probably some of the best you can get.

They are really big hooks not sure but they look like 4/0 in a 2/0 pack
