These are a lot of fun and make for varied workouts.

I got these cards because I was losing motivation to workout after giving up my gym membership during COVID. I had been using some dumbbells and a bench, but got stuck in a routine that became boring and ultimately I found myself working out less and less. These simple little cards helped to break up the monotony and have helped me get back to working out (nearly) every day. I mixed them up very well, so I always get a new mix of exercises to do. This has also meant that I’m actually getting a bit sore again (in that pleasant “I know I’ve done some work” way) because I’m working different muscles and in different ways. For such a simple and relatively inexpensive product, I highly recommend.

These cards are great! I haven’t had a personal trainer for awhile and wanted to start using dumbbells at home. There are plenty of exercises to mix things up and the instructions are easy to follow. Even if I had no prior experience with dumbbells, the cards with videos would be enough to get started. I plan to buy more sets in the future as I add to my home equipment.

A bit smaller than I expected. Love the scan feature on the cards. Should last a while once they don't get any moisture on them. Worth the price.

These cards are easy to use. They’re great when you don’t have the time or energy to think up your own workout. The box they come in nice as well and has a magnetic latch so the cards are easy to get to, easy to put away, but stay secure.

For a beginner like this purchase is amazing !!! I strongly recommend it to anyone that need a little help for home workout ,easy to understand,very well illustrated and fun to use.i love the fact that I can mix and match the cards for a full body workout or just focus on the core or legs,etc...
