It is a lot spicier than I expected. If you use it like hotsauce that you add to a recipe it's good. I thought I would be able to saute some green beans and pour this sauce over it to make Schezwan green beans, but it is way too spicey for that.

This sauce is very spicy and tangy. Good quantity for the price paid. However, noticed a distinct difference in colour and texture between two bottles manufactured one month apart - strange unless Chings has diluted its own product.
