If you love the crystal dumplings you get at any fancy restaurant and want to make it yourself, you need to buy this. The recipe for the dough is as follows: 1 part wheat starch ( this product) and 1 part corn flour and 1 part boiling water and salt for taste. Mix the salt and flours and pour the boiling water on it. Mix using a spatula.. when the temperature drops, mix using hands. If sticky, then add a little bit of wheat starch till it’s not sticky.. once it starts cooling a bit, add 1tbsp oil and knead till the dough becomes shiny. Divide into small balls, roll and add filling of choice!(google momo fillings)

Very good quality products. Makes great hargao. However the packaging has to be improved. I ordered twice and both times it arrived with the pack torn and the flour all over the package.
