Great and inexpensive VNA
What are you waiting for? This thing is great! Much cheaper than an antenna analyzer and does a lot more. More fragile and a steeper learning curve. But, a few YouTube videos and a few pointed question to an AI Chatbot and once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy to use.

Great VNA
This is a great device! The overall functionality and use is outstanding. The many options are astounding. The only difference I would do is get one with a larger display than this one, but this works fantastic and is that a great price point.

Excellent budget tool (SD Card 'Fail write' error seems can be solved)
I use it for my hobby to make/tune HF/VHF/UHF antennas, HF baluns, ununs to measure SWR (it's nice to see a graph for entire band), insertion loss, reactance, Smith Chart and there is more parameters I didn't try/don't know about yet. But there are lots of good videos on youtube about how to use nanoVNA. Of course there are better much more expensive options for antenna tuning, but I'm on budget and it's excellent tool for the price. This unit does has some limitations: - microSD Card is a nice feature to save screenshots/data files, but I had problems with that. I returned first device because of 'Fail write' error (I tried different 16GB/32GB/128GB cards with no luck). I reordered nanoVNA again, and got the same error. But it looks like there is a solution I found in nanoVNA groups.io. This device does not support newer SD cards. So I found an older slow 16GB SD card, formatted in FAT32 on Windows, inserted SD card in device powered off, powered on device and it looks like it started to work with SD card. I tried the same card before and it didn't work. Not sure maybe it's because originally I inserted the card with device powered on or it had some format issues, but now it finally started to work. To be on safe side I would power off nanoVNA before inserting/ejecting the card. - Only 100 points of measure, so if I set entire 3.5-30MHz band device has a step about 250kHz that is not enough to tune multiband antenna to exact frequency on each ham band. Also device must be re-calibrated for each new band range that is not very convenient. However a good thing that several bands can be saved as a preset, so it's manageable. - Small TFT screen is okay for me, however it's hard to read data in a sunny day, so not the best option for outside. Also sometimes graph covers text, so text is unreadable. - Questionable reliability. It's packaged well and has nice cables, but it's not built like a tank. It's more for indoor use. If I had unlimited budget for my hobby I would get RigExpert for outside use or considered more expensive nanoVNA model with 400 points of measurement and probably bigger screen. But, for the price this model is a way to go for me. It does work and helps me a lot. Overall excellent value.

Questionable readings
I'll preface my review with my job title as engineering technician in a UL test lab for an electric motor company. Why does this matter? I have access to calibrated instruments. Having a brain to use them is another story but I assure you I'm only half as stupid as I look. I bought this because I'm getting into radio and wanted to build antennas for my helium miner and other projects down the road. My review is based solely on use for checking antennas resonance, impedance, and SWR. The "load" for me was actually 51 ohms basically on the dot. Probably not a huge deal in the grand scheme. Its going to be close enough given you understand what you're doing with this thing. The little jumpers claim they're "high quality cable" right on the insulation so it must be true right? well they are something I would probably toss from this kit. The unit itself appears to work fairly well. It believe it will get you within spitting distance of real world ideal. its also useful in the demonstration of how objects around your antenna affect its characteristics. It does however require you to know when its lying to you and that means weeding through some incorrect information thats out there in the form of "tutorials". There seems to have been a few different iterations of this thing and not all of what you see will line up with the one you get. All of this is to say, this device trades reliability and simplicity for low cost and use of your brain power.

Awesome VNA meter.
Should have bought this a long time ago. I recently purchased a cheaper version of this without the case. For a few bucks more. I suggest you buy this one with the case and the ability to take a microSD card. Item came well packaged and it works straight out of the box. There are a numerous tutorials on YouTube on how to calibrate the meter. I suggest you watch them as it is pretty easy to do and take a a few minutes to do. This is just another tool to add to the ham box. It also a very useful tool to test out antenna to show you what band is the antenna is cut for and the SWR you're getting back to the radio. Don't solely rely on this. But it's a great tool to give you a baseline where the antenna "sweet spot" its at. I tested several HT antenna you can clearly see where the band or bands the antenna is at. Great and awesome tool for ham operators. Very well made and happy with the purchase.

Nice cheap way to understand RF measurements
Excellent way to gain experience in true RF fundamentals such as impedance measurements with Smith Charts, insertion loss, return loss, etc. Similar menu layout and display features as the TinySA. Surprisingly good functionality for size and cost. Lots of fun and if you have experience with VNA’s it’s fairly intuitive.

Works Great for Tuning Antennas
I have now tuned two end fed half wave ham radios with this analyzer. It works very well for that purpose. Now for the complaint(s). No instructions are included. So, YouTube will become your best friend. There is an online manual but I found YouTube to be an easier source of information. The screen is small but it is still very easy to read once you get it set up for your needs. A lot of the ham radio operators in my area like this analyzer as well.

Solid construction and accurate
I was looking for a low cost VNA. This unit met every expectation. Sturdy, exact readings. Only problem NO INSTRUCTIONS! Google and YouTube fixed the instructions problem.
