What is the expiration date of the currently available product that would ship?

Ordered May 18th, (in California), recieved a few days later. Manufacture date was April 21st 2020 (so its only about 3 weeks old), and expiration is April 2022.

Lallemand Instaferm Does this yeast come in a hard block form, or when opened is it loose like packaged yeast so it can be measured not weighed?

The Lallemand Instaferm Dry Yeast comes as a vacuum sealed 1 lb block. When opened it is in the form of packaged yeast. A tiny bit less then a level tablespoon equals 1 packet of dry yeast. Can be kept frozen for 2 years or longer, but should keep testing before using, and acts just as new yeast. I found this yeast when in Montreal Canada in 2000. Best yeast flavored baked goods, breads, sweet breads, etc. Never had a problem as I had with packaged yeast.
