Last summer I pinched a nerve in my neck which left me in a tremendous amount of pain. It all happened one night after sleeping on my neck very, very, very poorly. I knew immediately it wasn't your typical stiff neck.My chiropractor told me my favorite sleeping position of being a stomach sleeper had finally caught up to me after 35 years. Moving forward in addition to her adjustments and massages I was told I HAD to switch to become a back sleeper. It was so hard for me to adjust but I knew I had to.I got this pillow after I kept falling back into my stomach sleeping habit in the middle of the night.This pillow has meant the world to me because it makes me accountable for staying on my back or making an effort to sleep on the edge of it to be on my side. In no way is it comfortable for the stomach sleeping position! I would compare it to sleeping in a bowling lane with bumpers on either ear. It truly keeps your neck in place. I am not a fan of traditional foam pillows but this one has really been amazing for keeping me "in my lane." I've had no more neck pain since starting with this pillow! Definitely give it a try if you need to keep your sleepy self in a healthy position!!

This is the best pillow I have ever bought! I’m a back sleeper and all my other pillows were either too high, too hard or too soft . This Tempur pillow is the perfect height for a back sleeper and even if I sleep on my side , the two ends of the pillow are a perfect height. The pillow is not too hard or soft but firm. It’s just perfect !

I have issues with my neck, as my cervical spine is straightening out as I age, which causes a lot of neck pain and headaches when I wake up. I've used contoured pillows for years because of this, but the issue is that memory foam always tends to break down, especially the softer they are to begin with, so I've bought A LOT of different pillows through the years, either because they were not comfortable (for me), or because they were beginning to break down and lose their supportive properties. This pillow, however, has held up, and is just as comfortable as it was when I bought it.This pillow is a contour pillow, which works well for back sleeping, but also has sides to it, so that if you tend to start out on your back and then wind up on your side, as I do, this pillow has you covered.This is a fairly firm pillow, which seemed odd at first, but you do get used it, and it feels great, because it doesn't begin to flatten out through the night, as many other pillows tend to do, including memory foam ones.When I purchased this pillow, I did see other people commenting that it had a bad smell when they first used it, and while it did have some of a latex smell, it wasn't bad, and went away after a few nights.If you suffer from neck pain, especially when you wake up in the mornings, this pillow may help you.
