But you can change the settings to 25 mph but then you spin out your gears and cannot pedal fast enough, your cadence would be like 150 rpm. So I swapped it out for this 11-28 and now I can pedal to nearly 40 mph before spinning out the gears, which means it just never happens now. I love it, well built, much better than the low end shimano cog set it came with that had rusted within days here in the Florida humidity so the Chrome finish will be nice to keep it rust free as well. This is a well built quality freewheel that should work well on most of the Sondors bikes, but I can definitely assure you it works on the 2020 XS. Only caveat is on the newer 1500 watt motors the DNP tool you see here will not work. Bolton bikes sells a tool that will work. The wiring harness plug and axle bolt are too big to fit through the tool, and there's not enough metal to drill it out.
