Product worked great.. Got some help from Arteck as it didnt automatically link to both mouse and keyboard.

I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I lost the original dongle for my Arteck keyboard and this replacement was a lifesaver. It worked perfectly and connected automatically the moment I plugged it into my laptop—a true plug-and-play experience! No drivers needed. The item itself is discreet and reliable. I bought one to replace a lost USB receiver for a keyboard/mouse set. This new USB was easy to pair up with both of them, thanks to some customers' advice in the review. (Just type in "how to pair with..." in the "Looking for specific info?" window. ) Good product & helpful community. Update: The original combo of keyboard/mouse/USB receiver worked on any laptop when switched. With the new USB, the set only works with the laptop that was used to pair them up. Wondering if there is a way to make the set universal again.

Arteck - This is just GARBAGE! I love your keyboards and mice, but this Nano USB reciver is neither universal nor working at all! (1) I had to online search for the manual which should have been sent with the receiver! (2) But even after painstakingly following the instruction, neither your own mouse nor the keyboard will connect, despite the fact that none of them is in the exclusion list! Shame on you - You have to do better than that! Summary: Don't buy this mediocre non-functional product!

Worked like a charm. I have no idea where my other one disappeared, but this did the trick to get me back up and running.

I have a Arteck HW086 keyboard. Not bluetooth. I lost the original USB dongle. I ordered this one from Amazon. Inserted it into the desktop. It did not work. So when all else fails read the instructions! What a shock. The instructions resolved the issue and the keyboard connected easily. Well duh. Here are the instructions for the Arteck Keyboard and this dongle: Unplug the USB receiver from your computer. Switch the keyboard to the ON position and press the Esc + K keys simultaneously. The indicator light on the keyboard should start blinking. Move the keyboard close to a USB port and insert the USB receiver into the port. The keyboard should pair. Yep. That does it perfectly.

I had some issues pairing this with my H192 keyboard and MW162 mouse and the pairing info on the Internet was not clear and didn't work for me. I emailed them for help and within 1 day they gave me instructions that worked great. If you might have the same issue as me you can follow the instructions that they gave to me: 1. Unplug all USB receiver. Switch the keyboard on, press Esc+K key, the indicator will be blinking. 2. When the indicator is blinking, move the keyboard close to the USB port of your laptop within 5 cm, and plug the USB receiver. I would suggest that you'd better use the USB port on right hand side of your laptop. And you can unplug and plug the USB receiver for a few times when the indicator is blinking. Once it is connected to your laptop, the indicator will blink for 3 times and then turn off. After the keyboard is connected to your laptop, please unplug the USB receiver and ready to connect with the mouse. 1. Turn off the mouse. Press and hold the mouse wheel and right-click key, don't loosen. 2. Turn on the mouse, and release the wheel and right-click key after two seconds, the indicator light will be blinking. 3. Move the mouse close to the USB port, please plug the USB receiver to the USB port of your laptop quickly.

Super tight fit, almost too tight. Instructions are wrong, at least for my keyboard. I have a Arteck HW305-3 which is wireless only. NONE of the pairing options in the instructions worked. I almost gave up, ready to return the replacement dongle AND the keyboard (still under warranty) until I had one-last-gasp try and pressed ESC+WHAT? There is nothing on the key except an icon (shown in the picture). Pressing ESC and holding, and then pressing the pictured key finally caused the light to blink. Which it did for about a second or two then it paired. I would have given this dongle five stars if 1) The instructions included my keyboard, and 2) the fit wasn't so tight that I feel like I am going to break it or my laptop's port when removing. That happened to me once on a Raspberry Pi 5 USB3 port with another super tight fit dongle (not this one). It removed the blue tab in the port and was stuck in the dongle. Tighter than looser fit is always good with anything you do not want to lose, and want a good connection and I respect that, and appreciate it too. But TOO tight can be a risk to the port. Also, I included a pic of the dongle's info (using USBDeview) in case you are looking for it in a busy device manager.

I purchased the Arteck HW086 Wireless Keyboard, MW162 Wireless Mouse and this is a combination package so you get both when you buy it. I loved using this mouse and keyboard because it is quality built, ergonomic and compact, everything I needed! However, I had lost my USB receiver which was VERY upsetting since I could no longer use this mouse and keyboard, what a waste! I was so happy to find out that Arteck sells this replacement USB Receiver and it works perfectly so now I can use my devices again, thank God! Thank you Arteck for doing this when many other companies which make keyboards and mouse do not sell you replacement USB Receiver and let's face it, the Receiver is so small and so easy to lose every company should be as considerate as Arteck!
