BG244 Diesel Fuel System Cleaner

We own a 2003 Dodge 3500 Pickup with 5.9 Cummins Diesel engine with 339,000 miles on it. For the past 3 years the engine has been emitting white smoke and our fuel consumption had gone down significantly from 20 MPG Hwy to 15 MPG Hwy. Mainly after running hard and then sitting at a stop light it billowed white smoke. Every mechanic I took it to said that it was likely worn injectors. Cost to replace the injectors is $2K. Just as we were ready to have the work done, our son came to visit. We gave him our truck to use while visiting us and while chatting one day, I asked him if he noticed the smoke. He said yes and that his truck had the same problem. I asked him what he did to remedy the problem. He said he found this miracle additive that cured the problem, it was BG244. I immediatly ordered it and for $60 it cured my problems as well. No more smoke, the engine has quieted and runs smoother as well. As for the MPG, that is still out, but it appears that it is doing better. How much better is yet to be determined. I will update this review as soon as I know for sure about the mileage.

Great product. My truck (duramax) runs smoother and gets better mpg when I treat with the BG 244. I treat the motor every other oil change, about every 10,000 miles. Great product!

I think it did some good, I may be getting 1/2 mpg better, and there is a noticeable difference in the sound, it did quieten down the "clatter".

I have not used the diesel version yet probably within the next month. However, I did use the gas version and it seemed to work well. It appears as though my Ford F150 has improved slightly on mpg. I would try again. It is very expensive.
