Love the machine.Made 1 gal frozen pina coladas in 1.25 hours, and 2 gal margaritas in 2.5 hours today. Did a fantastic job. Easy to start. Easy to use.Two big issues with this machine.1. Cleaning. Do it exactly right or it's a big messy job. You pull the dispenser off to clean and all the unused drinks come pouring over your counter and floors. Giving you a sticky mess to clean up. A gallon of pina colada mix all over kitchen floor. All because there wasno cleaning directions. But other brands have them. Went to another brand on web and got cleaning instructions. See picture.2. The users manual sucks. It gives almost no information on unit display codes or what they mean. It does not give good clean up instructions or diagrams. And web support for videos of use, or to clean (for this unit) up are non-existent. Even brand's own home web page has nothing on cleaning nor does it have videos of cleaning, or assembly or use.But other than the cleaning issue and the brands customer support, this is one great machine once you learn how to use it. Different mixtures take different time to freeze. One batch of margaritas took 3 hours to freeze enough to use and 5 hours to be perfect. Another batch took 1.25 hours.Needs much better instructions about freezing different concentrations.Great machine, but poor or sloppy written, video, and operations support.It's a self-train and use thing.

I purchased this is for medium neighborhood parties at a resort I live at. It works exactly as advertised. Its a tad loud but works perfectly It freezes Mixed drink mixtures quickly. The spare gasket parts included really helps keep the machine operating well down the road, as these parts will wear over time. I would recommend this manufactures product

I was disappointed when first received it didn't work, company picked up and returned. Second time all I have to say is fantastic margaritas,daquaries, coladas! Nect I want to try a wine slushy! Easy to clean too! Love it!

Very heavy machine, they don’t mention that it will run out of gas fast and you won’t be able to refill it in a local place.

We love this machine. I have used it over 20 times. The customer service is quick and efficient. Sent us parts for a small issue immediately. Now I only wish I could but the 2 bowl one. I also wish they came in different size bowls so my wife and I could enjoy this without making 2 gallons' worth of juice. I HIGHLY recommend this one. Again customer service is rare these days. I am very happy with our service and product.
