I would recommend it to anyone dealing with insomnia or anxiety. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jury's still out on this one *by B***D on 2 April 2020* After hearing positive reviews on weighted blankets (a warm hug while you have a deeper sleep) I decided to bite the bullet and order the double one in grey. It came in a nice carry bag which was good because it wasn't doing my tennis elbow any good lugging it up the stairs. Put it on the bed and it came a bit over my double duvet so is a good size and the grey is a nice colour, looks well made. This should keep the duvet in place and stop the other half nicking it through the night I thought. It does make the bed warmer but it wasn't the warm hug and deep sleep I was expecting. I woke up to a breeze around my bum last night, what I thought was the dog in the centre of the bed, was the blanket which had crept and had ravelled up in between us. I suppose 2 bodies will create a central valley and the weight will drop down the middle, so I sleepily had to re-adjust both duvet and blanket. Another thing I've noticed is that my arthritis in my hip seems to be aching more since this blanket, I don't know whether it is the extra weight on it or if it is another flare up. I have also noticed some stitching loose on one of the squares and am not surprised because the pockets are holding quite a bit of weight.
