I think this is a very good product. An earlier rendition of it, about 2 or so years ago, the "Vitamin A" was in the palmitate form. They eventually replaced it with purely beta-carotene. This is not true Vitamin A as it has to be converted to a retinol form, which most people cannot do efficiently. I also think it is odd it is missing magnesium (as well as potassium for that matter). I do appreciate the clean aspect of it however, merely a gelatin capsule and that is it. No junk, no fillers. That matters a lot. If they could fix the Vitamin A, back to what it was, and add in some magnesium and potassium, this would be 5 out of 5 for me.

From my younger days spending hours at the gym (bench pressing over 400 lbs and squating over 600) to my late 50's, (no longer benching and squating so much) these vitamins seem to be the best I have ever taken. Better than the big chain and supermarket vitamins by far.
