I thought I had great bake-ware, but I guess it has worn. This year, I was making cookies and the cookies were spreading thin and burnt on the bottom. I used to bake them on my pampered chef pizza stone, and they would be amazing. However, it cracked and I never replaced it.With the holiday here, I needed to bake cookies. Even parchment paper didn't do any good. I found these when I was googling cookies burning and spreading thin. OMG these are a life-saver! I have made several batches of cookies and they turned out fantastic!Easy to use, cleans up really easy and they keep the cookies plump and do not burn the bottom. These are how my cookies would come out on my pizza stone. I read reviews where others used them for chicken and meats. I may buy another set and try this, but for now, I will only use these for baking! What a great price, you will not be sorry you bought these!

Nicely packaged, although it looks like it was just taken off the shelf. I do not use these personally, I don't see the point. However my mother swears by them and is glad I got these for her.Well, really I felt guilty. I tried to be a good son and clean the house for her on a birthday. I scrubbed the floors, vacuumed, did dishes, wiped off all the counters and shelves, and set the stove to self clean all while she was at work. Well, as I am sure you can guess, she had one of these in the oven while it was self cleaning.So here my family is, my wife glaring at me because I cleaned my mothers house better than I help clean mine (or if you ask her, I never clean mine), all suffocating on this noxious cloud of smoke coming from the oven. I am just thinking that it has been too long since it was cleaned, so up go the fans and open windows and doors. A few hours later we can finally breathe again, albeit talking hurts (I wish this was a joke, those things are very painful when burned then inhaled). I open the newly "cleaned" stove only to discover that it is coated in a thick white powder. Seriously, about an inch of snow like powder on every surface.So now I am hand cleaning the stove with this powder that smells like a dump and chemical plant had babies in the stove. I should have used a brush, but no I decided to use a wet rag. This stuff turns into a nasty paste and doesn't let go of the rag. After an hour or so, with my wife glaring at me even MORE now, I finally get the stove mostly clean. I pull out this cookie sheet that has a fine mesh look to it....the remnants of this device. I dump it in the trash and spend another hour cleaning the stove up, hoping my mother wont notice. Not that she could miss it, the smell must have lingered in the house for weeks.Sadly I had no luck, my mother found the thing in the trash before she even walked into the house. I think she must dig through it when I am home just to see if I messed up, how else would she find it? Well, buying two of them should help with that right?I hope....

This is not the first time I buy cookware product, especially those such as cooking sheets.This product is well built, it cleans easily and, with the silicone on both sides, I do not see the day it is going to be ripped or damage through normal usage,Overall, I am very happy with it.

Easily cleaned, did not go bad after years of intensive use.

Works well, gets discoloured which is too bad but a very eco friendly option.
