1) Vitamin Filter Use Duration For a 4 people household, it is on average 45-60 days and may depend on usage (Cleaning, laundry) on the time/length of showers 2) When changing filters, remove the sticker on the top and insert in the shower head. 3) When to replace After installing the vitamin shower head, a small white part will show up. The size of this white part will increase with continuous use, and completely white when vitamin gel is depleted. Please replace when there is no more gel remaining. 4) Vitamin storage Store in a dark place without sunlight. It must not be left out in high heat or in sunlight 5) Expiration 3 Years sealed, 6 months after opening 6) Not compatible with other vitamin showerheads. it will only install on SONAKI showerheads.

Don’t expect good water pressure
Super easy to install but really badly impacts the water pressure. I haven’t seen an improvement in hairloss but it has only been a week so hopefully I see an improvement.

Low water pressure
The water pressure was very poor my first shower and stopped working by the second shower. Does not seem like a quality shower head.
