I bought this to replace the original locks on a Rola Adventure Systems Cargo Carrier to replace the locks I had no key for. The maker no longer has a US website and buying franzen 1407 keys was more expensive than replacing the locks and keys with this set. I only got them today but they fit the original holes and latch well so far.

The plating seems thick but there were some razor sharp edges that drew blood just from removing from the package. The first set didn't have aby threads for the mount screws on one latch, they sent me a replacent set. If I could I would chose the flat black ones as the plating is what made it sharp

One of my latches had a defect in the chrome. Should have been caught in quality control. The longest screws in the kit are 16 mm long. They will not work if you intend to keep your lock working. They need to be 20mm long like the stock screws. Still a decent value for the money.

These latches can only be expressed according to Amazon with appropriate language. That can not describe or correctly describe this pos product. Only fowl language and offense could explain the truth. Tired being told how we can express ourselves. We hope we do offend the seller the manufacture and anyone who allows this kind of stuff to even be sold. What happened to quality and craftsman ship and pride in producing a good product backed by a warranty. The lock and key were just as bad, the screws threads had no meat the latches had nothing for screws to grab they were to short and pure disappointment. Not only did we wait for delivery but this waisted more time and money and could all be avoided by manufacturing a quality product and we would be happy to pay more. We don't have any choices, everyone has jumped on the crap wagon all wanting more than the product is worth. We quit shopping ebay because sellers all think they can charge more than retail as if they have gold. Would like to swear some and ide guess y'all get the point. How do you explain how offended you are when everyone thinks it's ok to sell a POS. I'm offended that my time my money and my expressions have all been taken. Don't by this Chinese POS.

Works fine, had to open holes on tour pak to make screws fit.
