Hi, It depends on the size of your diffuser that you are refilling, if it is the Hassett Green Just Cherry Reed diffuser then refill to the original 100ml and then you will have enough to refill the diffuser two and a half times. I hope this helps.

Can this be put into a car air freshener pot

That's an interesting one... I know you can put perfume in them and this isn't too different. I am sure you can, just be careful you don't spill any as is very strong therefore can aggravate skin or maybe damage car interior. Smells divine though so well worth it.
