Great for sore legs (in a good way!)
These are good, they don't slip up the legs like other thinner rubber versions do, but be warned they are super tight, you will really feel the burn in your legs and butt using these

Excellent soft material. Wide too and comfortable. I bought the light resistance/30lb. I'm very fit and this resistance is ideal for a warm up and to use as part of a 'super set' at the end of strength training. Would be ideal resistance for a beginner. Impressed with the packaging. Design is funky and fun. Would make a great gift.

Great Thera bands
These are great quality bands and exactly what I need to strengthen my knee post operatively. They don’t roll up and twist like some of the more flimsy ones and it’s great that you can progress with a more difficult stretch. I’m really pleased and would recommend.

Acquistato per allenarmi a casa, trovo il prodotto di ottima fattura. I livelli di resistenza sono buoni per progredire negli allenamenti (il livello heavy è impegnativo) inoltre mantengono l’elasticità anche dopo diversi allenamenti. Attenzione, non adatto per allenamenti che prevedono un movimento ampio, in compenso è comodissimo per tutti gli altri esercizi.
