Nice tent
This review is based off of what I read prior to purchase and then my experience once I got the sun shade and used it for the first time. This is a typical accordion type tent shade. The aluminum frame is sturdy enough for its designed use but will not tolerate abuse well. It is exactly like the 10x10 skeleton tent shades that I’ve had for years that you see at soccer games or other events. Again you need to show the skeleton some care when setting up and taking down and it will last for years. Second thing is have at least one other person helping that is capable of mirroring your motions to stretch the frame with you in coordination. Take time to strap on the nylon top stretch it carefully over the corners and lift the legs up into place. The sakes and tie-outs are typical issue and work when expecting little wind. They are a bit cheap but they work. If expecting any gusty wind I’d suggest tent stakes or if on cement use lifting weights to secure the tent down. Remember the tent is only as good as the care and preparation you give to securing it in place. Both the staking and the iron weights worked great for me as we installed over cement and anchored to some nearby grass as well. To give perspective...We had light to medium rain and 17 mph wind gusts for the day and the tent did not move it did not bend or have any issues. This is a great event tent that is meant to be deployed and removed for event use.... and not a permanent fixture in your back yard surviving all summer. Having read some of the prior reviews I have this to offer.... use common sense. Reading other comments had me concerned but there is no need to be. Frankly the only way this ends up like a ball of scrap metal or bent to crap is if you let it. It won’t survive a storm most likely unless you take the top off. It won’t survive as a permanent out building nor is it meant to be. It is a sunshade or weather shade you shouldn’t expect it to be circus tent. If you don’t weight or stake it down or if you leave it unattended in your yard for the summer you should definitely expect problems. This tent worked great for our grad party on a dreary rainy windy day. Everyone who saw it was impressed by it. It unpacks and sets up in less than 30 minutes and comes down just as quick with a good helper. Only observation ...not complaint... if you want it not leak at all you might want to use some tent seam sealer prior to any rain. We had light rain and a few seams dripped very occasionally. Not any issue but don’t expect the nylon top to be waterproof.... the material seems to be very water resistant but the sewn seams are not. The top is made is of light nylon and compares to my other tents...not super durable but typical general sun shade that will last if you take care of it. Be sure to let it dry out if wet or it will not last long. For the money this is great. Several parents with grad parties next year already asked to borrow it.

Don't recommend
I'm not one to write reviews but I was so unhappy with this product so it may help someone else with going through the same experience. Total waste of a lot of money. I purchased 3 tents to use in my yard for my baby shower to help block my guests from the sun. It was 87 degrees out and sunny. When we were putting them up one of the tents flew out of the ground with some wind and half of it ended up in my neighbors yard, legs all bent couldn't be fixed. The metal pegs were in as directed and secured down. When we were taking the remaining 2 tents down at then end of the night, a few of the springs popped off when we were trying to collapse the legs, another tent broken. So I started off the day with one tent down and not enough coverage for my guests and ended the night with only 1 out of 3 tents remaining. The advertisement states "Heavy Duty" but it definitely is not at all, very flimsy. For a price of $200 each I would have expected a lot more. Not worth the buy, look elsewhere.

Good value for price
The party tent was easy to put up. The carry/ storage bag held the frame and the canopy. You need at least 3 people to pull the frame apart and into the full upright position. Since this was a cheap tent, I was pleased with the quality of the canopy but not impressed with the folding top frame locks. They were a small and light duty. This canopy would not hold up in a downpour. The party tent worked well for our party but we took it down later in the evening. We will continue to use it for parties in our yard, but will put up just before party and take down same day. The frame for this tent was not the same quality as our smaller EZ up tent.

Held up fine in light rain. Cheaply made but worth the price.
I was hesitant to purchase this due to all of the bad reviews. However, we just used it for an outdoor birthday party and it rained off and on all day. It held up just fine and gave us all the protection we needed. We left it up all night and came back in the morning and it was still standing. It is definitely cheaply made but I think at this price point that is to be expected. It was pretty simple to set up and even easier to take down. Other reviews had stated that the tent worked fine as long as you had enough help to put it up and take it down. This seems to be very true. I could see how the metal could easily be bent if it was forced. We had four people for set up and three to take down. Overall, it’s not the best quality but it is definitely worth the price.

Just bought 2 more
I just bought two more for the kids' school for outdoor events. 5 minute set up. Requires 2-4 people to pull legs out to set up. 5 minute take down. Requires 2 people to bring legs in. Tarp is a little thin and was torn where pop-up parts pierced it but a little blue duct tape on both sides fixed that. I may go and place some duct tape at each peak of the pop-up joint. We have used this for at least 3 events and left up over night twice. Legs telescope so you can bring the top down and cover tables if needed.

Broke the first day without any wind Update: the company refunded the money
Interior poles (3) broke the first day. I put in a request to send it back. I got a reply which I thought was the return receipt. Because it was so bundlesome to send back, I waited until the last day, packaged it up and loaded it in my car only to bring up the return receipt and it had said that I had to send them a letter (or something) by mail 2 weeks prior. I should have read the instructions but I am so used to good customer service with Amazon products that I assumed this return was like the others. Nope. It is ridiculous. I now have a broken tent and wanted my money.Update: after my review, the company reached out and refunded my cost. Because of the company’s good faith, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

Stay away! You get what you pay for!
I contemplated heavily before purchasing this 10x20 pop-up tent. I have a 10x10 that I love made by another manufacturer, but needed more space in my booth. I went with this 10x20 based on price, some positive reviews, and the sellers description. I use a tent once a month for about 8 hours at a time for a booth at a craft show. I opened my brand new outsunny pop-up the morning of my show. It arrived in a large cardboard box with no damage. As soon as I opened the zipper bag, pieces of loose plastic fell out on the ground. After the tent was out of the bag you could immediately see that three of the top brackets for the canopy were shattered, pieces of their plastic casing were spread through the bag. After trying to pop the tent up with the broken pieces at the top, two of the bottom pieces also fell off. We finished assembling to see if it was just a fluke and we wanted to return and get another or if we should return and never consider buying again. After assembly of the broken tent the top canvas immediately had 2 years in the light fabric. Cherry on the cake was that after taking it out upon arrival, trying to assemble the broken mess, folding it back up to return, the storage bag also ripped as we packed it back up. It went back this morning and I would not consider purchasing this brand again!! Even if you only wanted to use it once and throw it out, you can't! Who would want to do that anyway? I want something I can use again and again as advertised, not something that arrives broken and continues to fall apart directly out of the bag. Pay more and get a quality tent.
