I've had this battery for about a year. I have to charge it on average once every month or two. It lasts less long if you use the side ports in the couch to charge a phone or controller, but for putting a seat up/down for reclining it is perfect. I got two for my parents, because it reduces slip/trip/fall hazards around the house, in addition to keeping things looking more tidy. I'm getting a couch for my basement with an electric recliner and will get one for that as well. They're very easy to install yourself.

Was a little hesitant to purchase this item due to its price. I needed three of them. Am I happy that I purchased them! Easy to install, worked terrific, and last. I had an issue before purchasing them so I emailed the company from their website. They responded back to me early the next morning. They answered my question, so I completed the purchase. After receiving the items, I had aother technical question. So I emailed them again. Was I shocked that this gentleman called me on my phone and explained to me the issues I was concerned about. It turned out he was the owner of the company! I could not have asked for better customer support. I highly recommend with five stars both the product and the company.

We were looking for new furniture and I desperately wanted a reclining couch but our room is set up in such a way that the power cord wold have to be run across the room. (furniture in in center of room with no outlet.) My wife was 100% against this. I thought all was lost until a salesman offered this option. We bought the one that was a step above what we needed because i did not want to have to charge it as often. All was well until the battery only last 5 days. NOT GOOD! I did some reading online and discovered that the light on the USB plug was draining the battery FAST. We had already read that we should not use the built in USB port with the battery. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful in getting me the "power saver" parts and wires. They even offered a discount on them. The parts came and I took one look a the wiring diagram and FREAKED OUT. Not to fear they had told me when I ordered them to call if i had any issues. I reached out to them and they set up a time when we could conference call and they could walk me through it. Perfect! I was thrilled. Unfortunately I noticed a few days later that the light on one side of the couch was blinking. I called customer service and left them a message. The immediately called me back, I explained the issue and sent them a short video or the issue. They sent out a replacement part that fixed the problem. Its now been 4 weeks and so far I have not had to re charge the battery. My wife is thrilled with no cords and I am happily relaxing in my reclining couch! I'd also like to say that the customer service was AMAZING, these guys really care about making their customers happy. Not only did i receive a call from teh tech support but he owner of the company called me to make sure i got the right parts.

I had a problem with battery. Not the battery itself it was the cable. The cable somehow stopped working. I contacted the company and they told me it has no warranty. I would just buy a cheaper battery for your couch.

Strong power pack. We use the recliner multiple times a day and just charge this overnight every 2 weeks. Easy to disconnect and plug into charger. Tucks in behind the recliner so we don’t have a mess of cords

Great power pack when you don’t have an outlet accessible. It’s small and can be tucked away! We occasionally charged phones and tablets. The only drawback is the interactive power alert when the battery runs low. Once the alert goes off. You are stuck! The alert will sound and loose all power instantly.

Was on the expensive side, but well worth it. We installed it on Dec 17, 2024, right before the Christmas family rush. After a full charge, with running 2 lounges on a sofa with 2 adjustable head rests (4 power draws), and 2 USB ports (not used), it’s still at 4 bars (see photo) after a month. Glad we opted for the EV6 instead of the EV4. It’s really gotten a work-out with the grandkids using it on a daily basis. Arrived in a timely manner. Easy instructions. Fits perfectly under the center portion of the sofa that doesn’t raise. I keep the shipping box and the charge cord under there too. So sleek, everything’s out of sight from the back, as the sofa sits in the center of an open room. We didn’t know these things existed until the salesperson at our furniture store recommended this company. That’s what they use at the store. Did our research and decided on this one. Glad we did.

I ordered this to use on a power loveseat recliner that was nowhere near a power outlet. It works Great! A charge typically lasts 3 months on our use pattern. It appears to recharge easily. Once we traced the wire back to the junction, it was easy to hook into the chair system. It appears to be well-made.
