I am an Italian and every year on December 13th St. Lucia the Patron Saint of eyes we make a dish called Cuccia, handed down from my grandmother (Nonna)it consists of peeled wheat and chick peas which is cooked slowly and becomes like a thick wheat dish. This is the first time I used this wheat and it cooked well with nice texture. Will definitely buy again next year. God willing.

I used this product to make traditional Italian grain pie for Easter. It turned out delicious. I had more than I needed so I will be doing something else with the remainder later on. Peeled wheat can be very hard to find and this was a godsend when I needed it.

I was able to save about about half of the package of wheat. The other half was completely rotten with mold. Will not buy from this seller again. Poor quality grain and rotten.

Seems to have the skin still on some of the wheat and quality control sucks. Bag was open at the bottom when received. Contents spilled all over the box.

It is not what I thought I ordered! I wanted and eventually bought cracked wheat/ala. This will probably be thrown out!
