I used this product to make traditional Italian grain pie for Easter. It turned out delicious. I had more than I needed so I will be doing something else with the remainder later on. Peeled wheat can be very hard to find and this was a godsend when I needed it.

I am an Italian and every year on December 13th St. Lucia the Patron Saint of eyes we make a dish called Cuccia, handed down from my grandmother (Nonna)it consists of peeled wheat and chick peas which is cooked slowly and becomes like a thick wheat dish. This is the first time I used this wheat and it cooked well with nice texture. Will definitely buy again next year. God willing.

It’s almost 3 years old! It was made in 2023 and gonna expire in 3 months. You can’t return it. So you stuck with old tasteless expensive trash.
