ColumbiaMen's Discontinued PFG Bahama II Long Sleeve Shirt

[In general:] This was advertised correctly, the images were true and the size is true to fit.[What I liked:] I liked it a lot, if your looking for a light weight comfortable shirt, this might be a good choice. I liked the weight, if you get wet it will dry out fast.[It would be cool if:] As good as this is, I wish it would have a bit more collar, seems to pop up a LITTLE. I got what was expected and advertised, don’t get me wrong but this would change it from a “home run” to an “out of the park home run” for me.[Not so great as far as:] If I had one thing I would change it would be the button holes, its a bit of a wrestling match to unbutton. I always win.[Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.[Summery:] All in all I am very happy with he product and am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending this shirt or the seller.

Bought the blue from the warehouse, so at half off it was a-ok.Size listed is small and I wear a medium, but the fit is perfect, so I presume these are cut on the roomy side.I don't care for the logos so I cut them off. I like everything else, this feels like a quality product.I might actually consider paying full price for another color.

I see these shirts everywhere in Florida and didn’t want to be just another middle-aged guy with this shirt. Guess what? After trying several different hot weather shirts, I was forced to admit this shirt is perfect for the hot, humid weather here. They are light, comfortable, and versatile. They are well made and come in at a reasonable price point for the quality.I also tried the Tamiami II, but I find I prefer the slightly stiffer fabric of the Bahama II. It is still feather light and cool, but feels better against my skin. In order the long sleeves as I often need to protect my arms from the sun. The easy-to-use safari straps in the sleeves work well to quickly convert them to short sleeves.They are full cut - you may need to order a size smaller, but I enjoy the loose fit. I tried competitor Kühl shirts, but they are all sized for long distance runners under 30. I am not *that* overweight, but this shirt is just perfect for my needs.Yeah, I am now just another guy with a Columbia PFG shirt, and I see why they are so popular. I surrender.

I bought this shirt in a 4XL for my husband who is 6’6, and weighs around 360lbs.We were both very pleased with the way it looks on him and unlike other brands, didn’t fit tight through the middle at all!It’s worth the extra money to pay for a good fit!

I think it's about as cool as you can get and still be protected from the sun. It has large chest pockets, but while they bellowed the sides, they didn't bellow the bottom. It probably looks better, but it means that when you lean over, anything in the pocket slides out - if the flap isn't closed. The velcro closures on the pockets are easier to attach one-handed than buttons, but I suspect the velcro will have to be replaced before I wear the shirt out. I wish the collar was a bit larger to protect the back of my neck from the light reflected off the water. It's been through the wash several times and doesn't show any signs of falling apart. Overall, a good shirt and I would buy another.

The stretch of it is awesome, when I tried it it felt so light.I usually use these when I work outside and it makes a difference specially in hot weather.I will say the wrinkle free it’s not all the way there but it still pass

Well made, in fact extremely well-made. Very stylish very functional very cool. However the sizes really are big I bought a medium and it feels like an extra large. So if you need a medium I wanted to fit will I would order a small.

The Bahama II range of shirts are excellent for hiking, particularly in hot weather as they both wick well and are well ventilated. I have bought several, both long and short sleeve. They are made of strong material that resists dirt and stains and they wash well and dry rapidly, The only reason I will not give 5 stars to these otherwise excellent shirts is because of the poor quality Velcro fastners that Columbia have used for the pockets. This is a pity because the pockets are of a good size, but are very difficult to close. This creates a theft hazard in crowds, especially if like me you like to carry money and cards in your shirt pockets. My old Columbia Titanium shirts have larger better quality Velcro fastners that still a provide a secure closure after many years of use.

I had the same shirt when I lived in Florida but that went to charity a while ago. This shirt fits me great thank you for the other reviews that suggested getting a smaller size in the UK the shirt is of quality and my wife says it not only looks good but, fit's me well I'm very happy

Almost impossible to find these in the UK. Have bought a number in various colours from USA.Very unusual design and colours.I struggled trying to understand the size.

I love these shirts - this one was faulty sent back still awaiting replacement months later!?!
