If i could give it more stars, I would! I started these when my vitamin D levels on my bloodwork was flagged as deficiency. Within a year, my follow up bloodwork showed no deficiency! My numbers are now higher than my previous non flagged numbers. Definitely recommend these. There's no after taste, doesn't hurt my stomach, and they are easy to take.

I do believe I’m seeing some health benefits, but it takes consistent use of a period of weeks. I wouldn’t recommend doubling up because I got cystic acne from it
