I am a North Indian but fascinated with South Indian flavors which are rich and complex. Tried this podi after reading reviews and must say I am completely floored by the amazing taste. Have tried it with Idli, Dosa and Plain Rice. Podi enhanced taste of everything I paired it with. The subtle flavor of roasted urad dal lingers in the mouth for a long time.The manufacturer can reduce the packaging if it is feasible. For people like me who would use it once a fortnight, this would last several months and may get spoiled before I can finish it.

This Idli Malaga Pudi is simply delightful with its perfectly balanced flavour. Awesome taste of the spices & right mesh of urad dal and its crunchiness. Every packet of it is consistent from the first till the last pack. Hope they keep it up 😃👍🏼

Not what you get in certain states of South India BUT the best one can get in North.
